No one was at the office when I went to pick up the vehicle I have to ride 30 minutes to a different location to get a truck when I got to the storage unit they said they were full I had to go to a different location to get a storage locker

FREDRICK L.My whole entire experience with renting a truck through UHaul was extremely stressful and awful and made my move a disaster. First of all, I had made a reservation for a 20 foot truck weeks ago and was supposed to have picked it up out in Arizona City. When I got there the truck was not there. I called UHaul and waited on the phone for about 15 minutes before someone got to me. They said that the people who rented it before me extended their reservation and that's why the truck was not there. So my reservation gets bumped if someone decides they want the truck longer AND no one bothers to tell me ahead of time and reserve a different one for me at a different location??? So finally they send me over to a different location to get a 20 foot truck. Now the problem becomes confirming that it is me so that I can get the dang truck. They have you take a picture of your driver's license and of yourself... shouldn't that be enough to prove that it is you??? Oh no...they have you give them two different references that they call on the spot to verify that it is you. And if they don't answer they want you to show your passport...??? This was the most ridiculous process I have ever been through before and wasted additional time on my moving day. I will never use UHaul ever again .

Michael D.The lady in the front office was amazing but when we noticed the trailer had a flat she asked the man on site to change it and he decided to throw a fit and slam the trailer tongue to the ground and argue with the lady in front of us.
