Rent from a U-Haul facility. This was an auto body repair shop. They had no other equipment to help if I showed up without a hitch. The trailer was old, not clean, and the tires did not look good. I would not rent from them again.Tom E.

The return process through the website is tedious. The GPS location does not work and I ended up just dropped off the truck without completing the online drop-off. Took me an hour try to get the GPS locater to work and finally gave up. The location closed at 12pm on Saturday. I couldn't return the truck to a live person before 5 pm on Sat.Ivan Y.
Office was open but no one was in it. It took me 20 min to find the vehicle. Luckily the keys were in there. No one else there could help me. When I returned the vehicle once again no one was there so I dropped the key in the uhaul box. Now a week later they are stating I did not check in the vehicle.Kevin T.

Unprepared and very shady location for Truck-Pick-up. I did not expect something like this from U-Haul. (My past experiences has been good). - Computer or Printer was not working and this added the hassle of renting the truck and that alone added an hour to my getting the truck and this delayed our planned move schedule and hassle with the moving help (hired) and had to pay them more money due to added time to the move. Also, my pick-up location was changed from original quoted one to this new location just 24-hours prior to the pick-up date/time.Kaushik P.

pickup location had no paper work yard is a mess attendant did not due a walk around . Attendant did not notice dent in left fender I had to tell him to note it but he had no paperwork to note it on so I had him do it on my rental confirmation. DMarvin A.

I was told to check in my trailer online through the website later on and then I left. Unfortunately you must do so in person since the website uses your location to ensure you are actually there.Bryan H.
The truck was not cleaned out, had trash and a broken chair inside. We made the reservation for 10am and arrived at the office just after 10. No one was at the office, we called the number on the reservation and the person who picked up said "Ritchie" was 5 min away. 15 minutes later the guy finally arrived, with no explanation or apology for being 25 min late, and immediately turned on Netflix in the office before assisting us with our pick-up. Picking up our pre-reserved truck took roughly 30 minutes, as the guy could not find any information that I had already inputted into Uhaul.com, such as drop off location. He said, "ehh, anyone can drive it, its fine" and told us to "just drop it off anywhere" with no further explanation, and then gave us the keys and walked off, without inspecting the truck with us. I returned my 10' foot truck with more than the required 1/4 tank of gas to the overnight drop off. I was charged 4,5 per gallon for two gallons of fuel with a 30 $service fee. Those charges will be challenged as they are fraudulent. I will do my best to never use U-Haul and use budget Ryder or any other rental company as this is a second time I've had to question and in this case challenge feesOneida L.

The office is not the best Uhaul location I have ever been to but the owner of this location was bending over backwards to accommodate me late on a Saturday at the 1st of the month. Couldn't have asked for something better.JENIFFER C.

New van has problem with gas spout because when filling, nozzle kept clicking and gas could never flow, tired 2 different gas pumps, same issue. Like poor angle and vapor release not correct. So filling was long and I got the tank to nearly 3/4 surely above 5/8 full. But this u haul aside I was under 5/8!!! And based on his cell phone not what was on the car gauge. He wanted 6,82 $ and that is riculous. I must have overfilled rentals 90 % of the time and I ceryainly don't get my overage back, nickel and dime classic, bad u haul rep , never go there again!!Glen S.

First, the man took very long to do my paperwork because he forgot. He said he had not done it in a few months. Then he forgot to put in the dollie that I requested, we had to go buy one at Home Depot because this location closes at 5pm and the man said he had left his office. Then he charged me for over night, when he is the one that is closed at 9pm. My rental was supposed to be from 5-9 and he said he wont be there at 9pm so he would let me turn it in at 8am. He charged me for that without telling me. Overall horrible experience. First time renting at Uhaul and probably my last.Alma V.

You need to put Uhaul related items into the store, ie, boxes, tape, towing accesories...basic things that should be with all uhaul locationstamera S.
