The handle that changes the to put it in drive and stuff was messed up. I thought the gears stick that change the gears. I though was going to messed up it was acting up. I thought it would be full up when I got it and it wasn't. The I got couldn't get all my stuff in it.

The owner was not there during his normal business hours. I had to call him to unlock the property. He said he was 5 minutes away and then didn't show up for 20 minutes so I had to call a second time. Very unprofessional. Didn't check lights and got home and one of them didn't work.

I had a reservation for a unit at 10 AM on Monday the 23rd of October and the place was closed with no answer on phone. They finally answered their phone at around noon. They told me when asked, they open at 9 ?? This time delay disrupted my entire day and plan for the trailer use. Not sure how this place qualifies as a U Haul rental location??? Gate was locked I asked in chat what to do they said leave outside. So I dropped and was trying to login online when someone arrived opened the gate and asked to move inside.

Excellent facility to pick up or drop off for your U-Haul needs! They are very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed using this location. They have everything you need and even a new car to buy if you need one. I will continue to use this location for my U-Haul needs. Quick easy and convenient. The return site was locked. Owner was in a back building and did not acknowledge our presence until we found him to tell him we dropped the equipment. He provided no assistance

They were not at the location at time of pickup and we were 2 hours late picking up the uhaul. They were not at all professional and didn't appear to know what they were doing.

The person at the place we returned the uhaul to was unfamiliar with the check in process and spoke little English. He was very kind though and said to just leave the truck nd all was good.When we had not received our receipt by the next day, we called. We finally received our online receipt that said we returned it that morning at 8 am when we actually returned it at 3:30 pm the day before. We did not see the text from uhaul to take pictures until after we had left. Perhaps all this could be sent in an email the day before so we know what to expect prior to using uhaul for those of us who have never done this before. In the end, all was good!

Location is supposed to be a 24/7 truck share but it is not. Got to the lot and the gates were locked. Called the number and the owner said he would be there in 10 minutes. Instead it took 30 mins and he sent a different person who couldn't unlock the gates. That employee called the owner and it still took another 5 mins for him to show up! Also I paid extra for the appliance dolly with the straps and only got the basic dolly.

Worst experience while using uhaul. Not only did the guy not listen to what I was saying regarding that I had already completed and paid the check out, but he swore I never had a reservation and said we need to make one. He set up another reservation for more $$$ then the first completed rental , but he just double charged my card which I won't get back for 5-7 business days. The guy was rude, didn't care , and was inconsiderate regarding the rental process. All of this just to be told , "call the 800 number". The uhaul was disgusting with food, dip stains and dirt in the cab. I was told days ago I would get a call from the area manager and yet to hear a word from them. Worst experience yet.

I requested a guaranteed location 10 miles closer and she didn't have any trunks at all. She had to call around to find me a truck. The truck was not sweeper out, engine check light was on, sounded like it was gonna blow up, ants all in the cab steering wheel was 90 degrees off center. Didn't have the equipment I ordered. I wouldn't have went over in mileage if I would have gotten my truck at original pickup. I have pictures and a video of the steering wheel and the engine. I am so disappointed with the truck and with UHaul.

No night drop off. I happened to see the man at the gas station and asked could I drop off the equipment. He reluctantly said yes, and we went to his store. He parked outside of his gate, let me in, waited outside of his gate for me to unload the Dolly and locked the gate when I pulled out.

Aveen Motors was unattended when we tried to drop off the trailer. I had called ahead and left a message. I received a call back about twenty minutes later and the man said that i could just disconnect the trailer myself and leave it for them. When I explained I was 67 years old and had no equipment to lift the trailer off the hitch, he said it wasn't difficult, and no one would be there to help. I tried calling every other U-Haul dealer I could find on the website. All of them were closed or did not answer the phone. Finally, I took the trailer to Aveen, disconnected what I could and the admin for the company showed up with her small children and talked me through how to get the trailer off the hitch. Wasn't easy, but we managed. Then last evening, I received a call from U-Haul stating that i had rented the wrong trailer and that the company had us on the line for an extra $150 since that's how far that trailer was expected to travel. I explained that I had no say in which trailer was hooked to my truck and she said she needed to get in touch with Aveen. I said good luck. This morning, I finally got the notice that I owe no more for this rental. I do not need to hear from you, but I will consider other options before I do business with U-Haul again.

Once again, online system to return truck had issues as I was out of state and reception wasn’t great either so it was a combination of things but I called and once again the people I spoke with were super nice and helpful.
