Excellent service

The U-Haul rep. is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The site is spacious for moving vehicles around. The rented U-haul truck mileage is ~114,600 miles and slightly bumping during driving, but is manageable. In current convid-19 pandemic, U-haul rep. wore mask and keep social distancing (so am I) when helping me. The truck interior and hand truck is clean. It is just unclear if it is properly disinfected (so I wiped all contacted surface with disinfectant generously by myself which may be redundant).

Place is in the perfect location. If you have to leave your car you can. Also if the barbecue truck is open, you can get yourself a meal upon your return. No the meal is not free. LOL.Rodgers Barbecue

I was supposed to pay $46.00 but, charged me $ 76.00 ! Charge me for miles and gas (Carteret to Woodbridge) This is unbelievable!!!

I little hard to see from the road. I actually drove by it and had to make a U-turn. Maybe a U Haul sign on the curb or something like that to make it more noticeable. Nonetheless, there was plenty of space in the lot to uncouple the dolly.

Gentleman helped me even though I did mobile pickup only, I was having trouble with app & login and the gentleman took care of me with excellent service, even gave me a discount on some boxes. Truly an awesome guy who runs this place I would recommend to everyone in the area (:

Excellent service all around! The owner/rep is a gentleman and made sure all equipment was secure and functional. And you can't beat their fair rates too!

When I arrived to pick up vehicle the web site was down. Even though it was a holiday and the office was closed, an employee opened up and processed my paperwork. Great customer service.

Miles rates are little high

Very easy process to order the truck online and complete the process. Service was friendly and quick picking up and dropping off the truck! I highly recommend this location!

You charge to many fees, I was diasappointed because never expected to be charge that much before, the last time . I use this service I was satisfied that's why I came back but , I guess things changed, so I will have to move on to cheaper service.

I had called UHAUL corporate to receive a discount or compensation for my services, which they had agreed to and stated they would send me a confirmation email, because it was not clear and no one had called to notify me that they had switched my UHAUL location. The gentleman at the store when I asked about the discount/compensation said that UHAUL would take care of it later and reimburse me at a later time although he had no note of it. I asked him to confirm this information again and he said they would be reaching out to me. When corporate finally reached out I was offered a $25 gift card to UHAUL which is not useful seeing as I just moved. The corporate employee stated I could buy propane instead with the gift card and I stated I do not buy propane and have no need for propane.

Large dolly was not on the truck and did mobile check in. Didn't notice until driving away several miles making it not worth returning to get it. If this could already be on the truck or when the keys are provided it would be appreciated next time.

The mobile phone process is WAY to complicated. Definitely prefer in person.

i have been charged for 3 more gallons of gas. I had filled the tank to the level which i got when i rented the truck but they charged me for 3 more gallons. This is wrong and unacceptable. I asked the representative to check the tank and everything but he was busy and said he will check later. its bad business practice. I would appreciate if you will return my $ 12 back for the gas you charged me wrong....Singh
