They were so helpful and friendly. They made the drop off extremely easy and would recommend them to everyone!

Ronald Leo M.They don't open til 9:30am. The guy shows up at 9:45. He charges me $25 for a little garbage that was in the door before I recieved it. He easily could have thrown it away himself. Becareful with this shop. Terrible experience!
Allen Michael L.Owner was not there half the time. I bought the van back and he was not there. I was reluctant to give the keys to the mechanic since he does not speak English. Let thing I wanted happen was have him someone drive it and I end up with all the charges. I had to stick around for 15 mins until the owner came back

Ashley H.The neighborhood dealer did not mark my rental as returned. It caused a hassle the morning of the due date as it appeared I had not returned the rental. The owner of the neighborhood dealer was not helpful and was unwelcoming when I did the drop off.

Jeannette C.I returned the track before 9 pm. But I charged additional $20 Not sure why that charge is for ! I filled the gas and return the truck clean. But charged $20.00.

MARIA M.Customer service was horrible. The person that took care of my service was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. Made me pick up early. I was scheduled to pick up in the evening. He called me several times telling me to pick up early because He was having an emergency later. Who in the hell plans an emergency? Also, He told me I could bring it back Monday and I'll be charged 2 days. He wasn't charging me for Sunday. So, I'd planned on bringing it can Monday at the same time I picked up Friday. Again, He called me at work several times to tell me he was leaving early and now he's going to charge me 3 days. I asked him how was I supposed to do that when I explained to him I worked. He said, That sounds like a personal problem. I will never go back to that uhaul and I will make sure to never refer anyone. If someone mentions that location I will tell about my experience and point them to another location. He was horrible and nasty. I will be making a formal complaint and will be requesting to get that 3rd day refunded. He never gave me a written copy of the contract either which I thought was strange but because he was in such a hurry to get to his planned emergency, I guess it didn't cross his mind
Yvette R.The drop off was so bad. The owner didn't speak good English and he didn't tell me anything. He just took my keys and that's it. O tried to dropoff same day later in the late afternoon. After I found out I need to properly use the app to self checkout I had to go back the next day to ask him to give me back the keys to properly checkout. He again did not know English well, call his son, who told me to leave it and he take care of it etc. It was horrible usual experience. They really should not allow this place to represent uhaul.
Long H.did not have what I ordered, but one bigger and small. went with the smaller, was an easy fix/change. The check oil light was on, but don't worry about it. Overall positive experience. :)
