O one knowledgeable in hooking up, but friendly….

Equipment was damaged and order was incomplete. All after learning the night before that I had to drive 45 minutes to a different location to pick up the truck. Lake Wales location on Hwy 27 is awesome. GM fixed my issues and could not have been nicer. Rock star!

We reserved the truck online. When we arrived to pick it up, the person there stated she didn't do anything with U-haul and the person that did wouldn't be in until 2pm. I suggested she call someone to get it taken care of. Restrooms were closed and the girl at the counter stated “we had to close them because people were smoking meth in there.” Also stated “we just got that truck back. It was stolen” Not a good experience at all.

In and out faster than any other location I have used. Definitely 5 Stars.

Staff was friendly, but the person in charge of the u-hauls was not there when I arrived at my appointed time. I assume that they had notification of my pickup time since I reserved the trailer several days in advance and did the pre check-in days in advance. She had to be called in to check the u-haul out for me.

Need someone who is more knowledgable. I also would like to have a receipt printed out so I could see what I was paying for

Have a computer install at this site. Waited an hour and a half before I was told I could go to the other U-Haul dealer ship they had a computer. Which I did U-Haul representative at that station Marathon gas station in Avon Park. U-Haul representative at this location was well-equipped to do her job check the seconds I her to complete my contract. I would give that person five stars for a job well done.

This drop off location was close to my moving point and was easy to use. Because it was located in a convenience store I didn't have to worry about it being open when I was ready to drop-off. The store person was friendly and helpful. This is an older store and has changed hands many times over the years and has been closed and reopened off and on. It shows it's age, Having said that I think the personal try to make it nice and had no problems. I would recommend this location.

Lady was complaining about U-Haul and said she was trying to get rid of them. I think it would be in the best interest of U-Haul to get rid of her. I stopped the day before to check on the reservation and was told the lady that does that would be in the next day and he knew nothing. When I picked it up the door was open and it was full of garbage. She said homeless people sleep in them sometimes. I asked if she was going to inspect my hitch and show me how to hook it up and was told it is raining and she was not going out.
