The location did not even have a sign. The address was different than what Google maps showed. I had to call U-Haul customer service and they had to call the location to verify it was the right place. Finally a guy came out from an unlabeled suite at a strip wharehouse place. He couldn't even unhook the trailer. I had to do it. He asked if the adjustable hitch coupler/receiver belonged to U-Haul too. What? He didn't even know what U-Haul equipment was and wasn't. I lost about 30 mins just trying to verify the location on the phone. Not the usual easy U-Haul experience I've been used to for the past 20 years.
