I was charged wrongly for a lost key, and I clearly have pictures showing that the key was dropped in the dropbox. I will be reaching out to HR concerning this issue.

Resolve location issues within the app, customer support should ensure customer gets on the way before ending the call, when U-Haul changes pickup location the miles allotted should be adjusted to & from, verification process should be explained at time of reservation to prevent possible delays, ensure the correct location/instructions are left to retrieve key
venita morenoThe U-Haul app is not customer friendly. Whenever I attempted to upload photos, the app timed out. This extended my time to check-out the vehicle and return it. Overall, it was not a good customer service experience. As for the location, nothing spectacular but also no complaints.

BONNETTI GRIFFINShow the customer how to use the auto transport trailer. Specifically, tell them about the fender that folds down to allow the driver door to open. This way a 250lb man isn't told to climb through the backseat and to push the vehicle the rest of the way onto the trailer. Also, when a truck clearly needs an alignment and/or suspension work, don't rent it before it's fixed. It's very hard on folks arms to control a vibrating steering wheel for 800 miles. Last, please put the correct amount of fuel that is in the truck when renting the truck. Thank God we got a picture of the gauges before it was pulled off the lot. Having to get ahold of Uhaul customer service has been a challenge to get this corrected.
