Easy and quick drop off. Person assisting was very friendly.
Quintin EThe automated check in / pick-up and drop off was nice. It was a little cumbersome at first. The system was slow as was the wait for the reference contact. Upon return, the system locked up while uploading my pics. So, system issues were frustrating, but overall it was very nice to be able to rent the truck without waiting in a line or the help of a live person.

Joanne BMake sure your rentals are Road worthy it was the driving vehicle I have ever rented I'm a professional Trucker the front end will hurt someone being out of line that bad.i drove less than 40miles it took 11gals to fit that junk back up un real ta k e it off the road

Teresa CI was charged $9 for gas after I had already put 1,5 gallons of gas @ $5 in the truck before returning from a TEN MILE TRIP, with the $9 fee added to the $5 I put in, this totals $14 for a TEN MIL TRIP! The 1,5 gallons I put in this truck should have more than covered TEN MILES of travel. Very disappointed. I usually use Penske and have never had issues, so I will probably continue to use them from now on.
BONNIEROGERS WI would like to have a portion of my money refunded since I had to wait in the u-haul all night long. It would be greatly appreciated.

Jerry BTruck was janky but I didn't have a choice. One side of bumper completely bent/rolled under, driver door or window had issues, tape marks on glass right in way of the mirror, the floor mat was loose on the wheel well next to brake and I had to adjust it everytime I stopped to keep it from bunching up behind brake pedal. Pickup location was awesome, super helpful friendly folks!

Greg EThe office personnel did not give us accurate information about the after hours drop off which caused us about 2 hours of hassle. Luckily I called my area manager from New York, Malvenna, and she was able to assist us quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly easy to work with and went to great lengths to make the drop off finally work.

Benjamin CI reserved a truck at the warsaw location but when I got there the people there didnt speak English or no anything about the prosess he said do everything online I tryed for 2 hours and could not get it to work after I called someone else they said all there trucks were already reserved I went to 2 other locations till I found one it was a 4 hour process just to get one quite ridiculous I was told to call n get 50 dollars back it's just to much

Arthur DDrop off location was no longer Uhaul services. Had to call Uhaul (on hold for 20 minutes) to find out where to deliver the truck. Next place did not have parking availability for this truck but did allow me to leave it

dan vI am highly upset with UHAUL NOT THE LOCAL SITE...I REQUESTED A SMALL TRUCK APPLIANCE DOLLY AND FURNITURE PADS. THE TWO LOCATIONS THAT I WAS SENT TO 2 Miles apart didn't have either. I had to buy them myself and pay extra as well as milage to pick them up with the UHAUL. I will never recommend UHAUL TO ANYONE.

JIM PI want to commend Mittzi Jones for being there to assist in the receiving of the U-Haul truck I rented. Even though her computer was down and she should have been closed I was able to deliver it to her location. I knew I was getting close to the mileage on the contract and other dealers in the area wouldn't take the truck, she did and I was very happy. I would recommend her place if your looking to rent a U-Haul item because of her kindness and friendliness. She came thru for me when I didn't know what would have been the next step. Thank you again! ALso it would be great to have cruise control on the trucks. With most interstate driving and each driver wanting to save on MPG, this would be a great asset.

Michelle BU-Haul was not able to accommodate our needs at the facility nearest our location. We had to drive 40 miles round trip to get the trailer we needed.
Jim PThe additional items I requested on-line when I placed my order were not available. Even though I placed the order on-line - the attendant stated she didn't have it and everything had to be re-entered. When notified several minutes following truck pick-up that the air conditioning was not working - she stated she was unable to help us - call customer service. I would never use this location or recommend it to anyone. Since there were mechanical issues with the truck that were very apparent - the pick-up location must not have inspected the vehicle for safety and functioning prior to rental to the customer.

ROB PThe worker at this facility would not let me hookup the trailer, she "had" to do it. Well, she didn't tighten down the tongue to the ball on my hitch, not at all!! When I began to load the car hauler, it jumped up and dented/scratched by pickup truck. It cause a lot of damage.
