My trailer, reserved weeks in advance, was not available anywhere in the Phoenix metro. I was notified one day prior and had to drive over an hour up into the mountains to get a trailer. TERRIBLE This location did all they could to help me out. This is not a reflection on them but a reflection on terrible treatment by Uhaul.

CHRISTOPHER LEE BLEAKIt was nice and cool inside but the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere so the office and the yard are very basic, not that more is needed I guess. The sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.
MATTHEW HEALYI was supposed to have a $50 credit to my account and instead there was posted yesterday a charge of $93,74 out of the blue from U-Haul. Unacceptable.
Terrill BealI had to drive an hour and a half one way to pick the trailer up. There were trailers locally (within 5 miles) that I was told were for local moves only. If you want to improve customer relations then change your policy and allow an available trailer to be renter no matter where it is going.

Debby FreemanThe truck was great, clean, ran well no issues. The person, Donald, at the location when I returned the truck was great. However, the check in procedure when I picked up the truck by phone was very annoying. I sent pics of my drivers license etc the day before but was required to do everything all over again when I picked up the vehicle.What a waste of my time.

scott mooreI chose this location for drop off because it was closer to my move destination. I dropped off in Rye, AZ on a Sunday at 10:30 AM and it was within a 24 hour, one day usage. Calling in by using the phone # on the contract and still not realizing it was a Payson, AZ location drop off #, I proceeded to ask the check-in process. needless to say the person I spoke with did not correctly walk me through the computer check-in. on the next day at 9:30, I called to make sure the check-in was confirmed and it was not! I was told that the person at the Rye location goes back and forth to Phoenix. This created a problem for me because upon calling customer service to confirm a check-in on the following day, Tuesday, he charged me an extra day usage of the truck. I called uhaul again, for about the 7th time, to ask for the charge to be removed and that person did so. This whole experience added a lot of stress to my move. I would have had an easier time if I dropped off at Payson, where personal was available Monday to take care of my check-in. This drop off site didn't have personal available to do what needed to be done in a timely manner. My advice from this experience is to choose a drop off location in a bigger city and not one closest to your move location. Thank you for your time in this matter. I hope this will help address the issue within your company so that others can avoid this problem. Have a great day ahead.
patricia sharpeThe windshield and truck were dirty and the gas tank in the truck had less than an 1/8 of a tank. I barely made it to a gas station 12 or so miles away. The 3 dozen furniture pads I paid for where not in the truck. I had to track those down via the main UPS number to another location after 8:00 AM which defeated the purpose of renting the truck from this location so early in the morning.

I never did get, the 4X8 trl that I had 'reserved' a few wks earlier? But, I did end up getting a good {one-way} price irregardless!
