glen KThe truck was dusty in the cab and in the freight compartment. The shop was very dirty and had sexually explicit music playing. I had my kids (16 & 11 yr old girls) go back and wait at the car. I should not have had to be subjected to this and was not going to going to allow my daughters to be. And then twice I was lied to about refunds that would be made to my card. Once, in person at pick up, and a second time when I called two days later to discuss what I was told when I turned in the truck.

David PThe truck at pickup had a loose fuse to get the lights on the trailer to work. The truck center console was dirty when pulled down. My wife did not feel comfortable going to that location.

LISSA EThe technician did not hook up the trailer properly and consequently caused injury to a person while trying to load my vehicle. Very unknoledgeable person and would go elsewhere.
Manasseh BCustomer service was challenging. Not able to answer many questions asked. Seems they definitely focus on trailer sales and servicing at their business, UHAUL rentals seemed like an afterthought. Not much knowledge regarding UHAULS, for instance did not know height clearance of the UHAUL rented. Had to ask him to identify which UHAUL was the one we were renting, then left us on our own. Had to grab our own pads and dolly and load them. Not trying to be picky, but never had that experience before.

BRIAN SVery helpful. The computer system had my return location incorrect and the guy fixed it with no problem and it was $200 less. Everything was online via my email and it was really easy
Candice GI can't think of anything that needs to be changed. Everything went smoothly at the office, the truck was pretty new, very clean and everything functioned properly.
BRENT SInspect the unit first. There was a hole in the front Uhaul and water leaked onto my couches, cushions and desk.
AUREALIA JOver all cost was to expensive but was in a bind so had no choice. Having to pay 0,59 a mile plus fuel seems to double dip on the payment. The back wasn't cleaned out so left it the way I found it. Driver side mirror had duct tape holding it but if you hit a bump or traveled on the freeway it moved so having to constantly adjust it. The only positive thing was the people at the location was nice. I will make sure I have an alternative plan next time so I won't have to pay way to much for a rental.

DORIS RVictor and Travis are very professional. This is always my go to place for a rental. I would not dream of going anywhere else. Love they have a Saturday morning hours. Beings I work the same hours as they do. I only have Saturday mornings to get a rental.

ALLISON WVictor and Travis has help this old lady with my move. Always so polite and helpful. Even rented a dolly too. The only place I rent from when I need a truck.

AUSTIN PMake sure the vehicle is ready to drive. I had to call roadside assistance before I could even leave with all my stuff due to bad tires on the vehicle. Also something was wrong with the vehicle that caused it to shake violently causing a bunch of damage to the majority of my stuff.
Chad HVehicle was not ready to be picked up; I had to wait 30 minutes longer than planned
MARY MThe person I dropped the truck keys off to had to be coaxed into giving me a receipt. She said, "Just drop off the keys and we take care of the rest." I told her I wasn't comfortable with that. She responded that then we will have to do the check-in process. I said, "Good." I could not imagine leaving the truck there with no proof that I had done so and without them doing a walk-around for damage and a fuel level check in my presence. Ultimately, through my own encouragement, I did get a receipt showing I had returned the truck with no damage and with more gas than required.
Sylvia CI was required to unhook the trailer next to a busy highway without any assistance.
