Make sure the trucks are full on fuel. The one I got had a 1/4 of a tank. Really that's not good if someone needs it for a long haul. Just my opinion.

Nex FinchIt took me an hour and a half , 45 minutes plus on the phone with your customer service , to finally get the App to work enough to get my key to the truck. There was not sufficient signal apparently at that site but i could not go anywhere else cause you had to be a t that address to pick up the truck! The lady that was at the site was nice and tried to help as much as possible but was not trained to help and had no access to your system on her computer at the site. She was trying to help me using your app on my phone! That made me late to where i was traveling to meet the seller of the furniture i was purchasing. There was no furniture dolly in my truck when I got to the site to pick up my furniture. I will never use uhaul again!

Tom BeattyMy recent experience with U-Haul on the attached contact number was an overall terrible experience to put it lightly. I "reserved" a trailer via telephone and when I got to the Huber heights location they did not have the trailer there that I had "reserved". The team member stated that I could go to another location 30 minutes out of my way and pick it up. The team member then proceeded to tell me that I would be credited with a $50 reimbursement after I paid in full and that it would be an entirely separate transaction I would see on my bank statement. I asked for proof of this when I got to the second location and was told I would receive it via email and never did. After waiting a week I decided to call the Huber heights location to check on that status of my reimbursement. I was told in a very rude and unprofessional manner that this happens frequently and that I would not be receiving any reimbursement and then I was hung up on. Im not hung up on $50 but the principle that I was told something and then the company basically blew me off and stated that it "happens to the best of us". Overall horrible customer service from start to finish and I will certainly never use u haul ever again.

Roy fisherI requested a trailer that had to be delivered to this site for the days I needed it. Their parking lot is small, so the owners will hook your vehicle up (very helpful by the way). My tow vehicle trailer reciver look high, this made the 12' trailer sit up in the front. They suggested getting a drop receiver to level it out since I was driving 600 miles. I did and glad I took their suggestion. They went out of their way to insure the lights were working properly. I had a corrode ground connection that they identified and fixed with in minutes. I can't say enough great comments about this location and their over the top helpfulness. It was a great experience for a first time user.

Justin WilliamsThere was about 3" of snow on the ground and the clerk asked me if I could hook the trailer up myself or would I need help? Is this standard policy? The trailer had something spilled on the wall. I am glad I took pictures before leaving. She did sand a mechanic out to hook up. It's a good thing the trailer was small because they have very little room to maneuver.
