Great start. On line check in system did not work. The camera system just gave me a blank screen. The trailer pulled great on the trip.

Stanford FEverything was perfect. The last thing you want to deal with when helping a friend move is rental hassles and delays. This location was a pleasure to rent from. Friendly, professional and efficient. Will definitely use this location again.
Keith WThe truck does not have shock absorbers. It has no stability. That truck had animal stink. It seems that they transported pigs or goats. The passenger door did not close properly. They make you come back again to deliver the truck, we could not deliver the truck to the nearest location.
Ricardo VThe location is a field! No one is there. We tried calling them and no one answered and 4 days later still no call. The U Haul site to check out on line did not recognize this location so we couldn't even check out. After a half hr of sitting in the field we called the U Haul Customer Service. She was fantastic and we were done in a few minutes! Merci

Stephanie EBy far best service of ANY local U-Haul location! Easy to pick up and drop off equipment without obstacles in the way. Equipment was almost brand new and in excellent condition. This has been my second or third rental from this location, and service and equipment have never disappointed. I will MOST DEFINITELY book and rent an U-Haul equipment from this location when needed, and will most certainly recommend this location to friends, family and co-workers.

Ramon GMy 1st quote for a Tow Dolly was $138 for the trip I had to make. One week later when I needed to reserve it and the price was now $189. I accepted that price to pick it up at a close location and it was reserved. No problem. I called to arrange for pick up and it was no longer available at that site. Now they tell me there is one reserved for me 1/2 hr. away from where I live. I begrudgingly accept and pick it up. All is done by your rep.'s phone. You can't see what he is feeding it and you expect that it is the agreed on price of $189 .Ounce I get home, I see my bill for $259+ Tx.=$275.84. He charged me + $70 " safe tow coverage" without saying or asking me anything. I presume that the more he charges, the more commission he makes ? So, am I happy with this experience with U-HAUL ? No ! ! !

Cristian HHorrible service and charged double of what my original quote was for. 3 hours before scheduled pick up I received a call that my size trailer was unavailable and there wasn't a comparable alternative within 10 miles of that location. I proceeded to a difference City and picked up a smaller trailer than I needed and was charged double than what I was to pay originally. In fact, the person wasn't there and I picked up from an empty lot.

Lee KNoone was there to help with rental. Went to a dog care or day care and was told go get it then send a picture. Returned 2 days later still no call back about my rental. Worse uhaul I've used and I use alot will not be going back to this location ever again

Gardner BDropped off at u-haul lot on Thanksgiving. Followed instructions on the app, worked out great, no complaints.

Laurence CThe original rental agreement was scheduled for Friday,11/4 at the location in North Fort Myers off Tamiami Trail. I called the day before to confirm and inform your staff my son would be picking up,driving and paying. When he arrived there was no 20' truck available. He had to drive to Lehigh acres to get a 26' truck. My reserved equipment was not available. The staff told my son it was a " computer glitch". Totally unacceptable. Patricia and Jonathan Duresky.

Judy TI always have a good experience renting from this location, lots of room to maneuver around if you are hitching and unhitching, they always seem to have what you need, attendant on duty is always very friendly and helpful towards getting you in and out without any hesitation.
Lincoln GWish there was a way to know how much gas was needed to fill it back to where it started. I put way more than needed and feel I should get a discount for that. At least 5 dollars.

JC PThe experience using this location is wonderful, easy in easy out. It's an extra-large lot with more than enough room to maneuver your vehicle to hitch and off hitch. I have used this location numerous times without any problems, they all seems to have what you need. The attendant is always there to help and assist. If you are looking for trailers of any type or cargo vehicles this is the place to go, they always seem to have what you are looking for in the U-Haul vehicles fleet. I would recommend calling ahead for a good smooth transaction.

Nicholas MWe did not get the original size that was reserved a month before. They wanted us to go get the rental several hours away. The app for checking and returning did not work. The pictures would not load and it kept taking me back to the beginning of the process. We did tried with two phones.
