It's been several days since I returned my U-Haul and I still haven't got any of my money back since I didn't use the mileage that they charged me for when they guesstimated how many miles I would be using it for when I rented the truck.
David MMake the locks easier to use and make sure the trucks are on full when they are picked up

Thomas YThe facility itself was less than what I expected for U-Haul store. However, the staff was very professional and helpful. I was not impressed with the cargo trailer that I rent it. In fact I was a little low embarrassed to be pulling such a rickety looking old trailer. Not a very good representation of U-Haul!
