The original truck we were assigned was broken—wheel rim jabbing into tire, off kilter, back wouldn’t latch. Owner thought someone may have hit it in the lot overnight? There was some confusion as to whether we could have one of the other trucks. Eventually worked out that we could, and the owners were apologetic.

Very easy process at this location. There is plenty of room to get in and out. The van was clean and pleasant to drive. The man who helped was very helpful and made the transaction even better. Highly recommend this location for rental needs.

Gentlemen who checked me out made me feel like he was trying to find something to charge me extra for. This is the second time I have used uhaul and this experience made me not want to do business with you guys again I mean he charged me down to the tenth of a mile. I have to rent another truck and in a couple weeks I will be taking my business elsewhere

The people were nice but they were not knowledgeable of the Uhaul process AND I tried to call them this morning and no answer and I tried to call several time tonight AND left a message because I left my glasses in the truck and NO ONE called me back. It’s actually a disgrace that you can’t get in touch with a facility and they do not know what to do when you rent a truck and return it. But, most of all, it’s terrible that I can’t get a call back about my glasses. All they would have to do is go in the truck and check for me, but it’s impossible to get through on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The online check in process is not good. Forcing the customer to re-enter information that was already entered during the reservation process is redundant and frustrating. Taking pictures of myself, front and back of my license, etc. Additionally, the confirmation process of having an agent contact someone else is inefficient, especially as I was unaware of this need and was not able to inform my wife that she should answer an incoming call from an unknown number. Add to that the fact that no online chat agent replied until I typed “hello?” and my experience was not optimal. The gentleman inside the BP station was helpful and got me up and running. In my opinion, my experience would have been somewhat better if I had not even tried the online process and simply checked in live with the man at the desk.

I had to wait for 45 minutes for the them to give me the truck. The person in the front was not aware of navigating thru the system and I had to call UHaul customer service to assist.
