At the drop off location, I was told to just leave the trailer, no paperwork was signed, no inspection of the trailer, leaving an uneasy feeling about whether I would be charged fees or god forbid it was stolen, and I held responsible, I specifically asked if there was any paperwork to be signed or if they were coming out to inspect the trailer since I signed a document holding myself responsible for any damages at the pickup location. and I was told no. Afterwards a week later I was emailed a statement with blank signature lines on it, (turns out there were supposed to be signatures after all! Thankfully the statement was for zero dollars, overall in hindsight it just sounds like laziness, after this experience I don’t believe I’ll be giving u-haul my business again.

Terrible service. Was given no contract or receipt. Very poor instructions. Had to call UHaul three times for information. Employees didn’t seem to know what was going on.

The mobile/smartphone app capability does not work at this location - neither for pickup nor drop-off. SafeMove added without my consent. I declined coverage when placing my reservation but was charged anyway.

Have the equipment that was reserve and get newer trucks. We reserve a dolly and they didnt have one for us. They also gave us a truck that shook like the engine was going to drop out.

They didn't give the furniture pads and yet I was still charged for them... also showed up for scheduled 630 pick up and no one was there and had to call and get someone to show up around 8 to only be told well we don't open until 9.. their signs said they open at 6 and I was allowed to schedule a 630 pickup.. what was even more infuriating is that none of the multiple uhaul customer service representatives seemed to care at all about any of my problems and did nothing to make it right or take off the charge for the furniture pads.

Truck was not available here but uhual contacted me in advance to give me location 12 miles away on Harriets Bluff Rd. I was fine with that since they gave me notice. 12 miles is a lot in a city, but only took an extra 15 minutes on country roads. The Harriets Bluff location is just a space to pick up(gas station) the key. The transaction was all done over the phone. The Vendor was not prepared with the assessory items of blankets and moving dolly, but we worked through how to get them.

I have rented uhauls multiple times in the past and at this location, the person didn't know about my reservation when I got there to pick up my truck. Eventually, she just gave me the keys. She didn't even come out to check the cleanliness or the gas guage. The woman was very, very nice but didn't seem to know what was protocol. I took it amongst myself to take a before picture on my iPhone of the mileage and gas guage.

find a new location and better workers!!! worker did not know what he was doing. truck did not have a dolly. had to drive around town to find one. thrn at the end i was double charged. I will never use a Uhual again!!!!!

I ordered appliance dolly and 12 pads. These items were not available on the premises at pick up. Extra time had to be taken for these items to be removed from my charges to be paid. Glad I didn't prepay prior to pick up.

The only problem I had was the 6x12 foot trailer is HEAVY, and when the trailer is parked in grass, is is hard to lift the tongue onto the hitch. The rep was very helpful in getting me a light cable extension, and the experience was very good. And for the price, I will be coming back here in the future if I need a trailer!
