I never received my receipt when I return the truck, and was over charged. The location was not properly trained how to complete my arrival and returning the truck. I'm still waiting on customer representative to return my issues vea email. Due to the over charged.

I had ordered a furniture mover, furniture pads, and dolly. None of those things were available to me, making my move much more difficult and precarious for the furniture. The truck was old and I feared it would not make it to my destination although it did. The staff were not helpful what so ever. The music was so loud in the location I could barely hear the employee.
Laura E.The location itself was fine. However, UHaul changed the location of my UHaul pickup twice, including the night before my pick-up. This is despite me putting in a reservation in St Charles a month ahead of time. We had to drive well past a local UHaul Storage location that had countless UHauls available to pick up a UHaul at a gas station. Very poor customer service.

RIESE HELEN G.When I tried to pick up the truck the person that was taking care of me had no clue what was going on. The odometer more than what was on the contract. When I tried to return the vehicle the person that was there had no clue was going on , she tried to call the owner of the store, he seemed to not care about the situation. When I talked to him he only asked if I put fuel, I asked if I was supposed to get paperwork or sign something he only replied that I would receive an email. After this spectacle I would not recommend or use uhaul again.
