Clearer instructions for parking, make online return process more seamless
William WA MAJOR CONCERN IS WITH THE REQUIREMENT TO USE THE NATIONAL 'HOTLINE' FOR TEXT AND E MAIL COMMUNICATIONS. THEY MADE 2 SIGNIFICANT MISTAKES; ALMOST CAUSING ME TO BE WITHOUT A MOVING VEHICLE ON THE DAY THAT I NEEDED IT.

Lawrence KIt could be just me, but I haven't rented a car/van for a long time and didn't realize that the check-in and check-out was via the app. Since I was anticipating a manual check-in and check-out, I had to spent a lot of time with gas station attendant and U-Haul customer service figuring everything out.
terry mThe issue I think is with uhaul and not the location but I was forced to take the collision damage waver or I could not rent the van.
RANDALL BUp to now I have always been very happy renting from U-Haul. But the truck I got this time was overall not very clean and the glass both front and back was filthy. I understood why when I saw that there was no washer fluid. Also I came early in the morning before the store was open and the person that was there was Brusque with me and just said my truck was somewhere inside. Since the store was closed I really didn't know what that mean and eventually of course I found the truck on my own. Every other location I have used in the past has been friendly and helpful with clean equipment. I would suggest checking into the quality control at this location. I will still use U-Haul because all my other experiences have been great but this one was disappointing

Colin MHave the people better trained at the call center that tells you where to return the truck My son was told to return the truck to a gas station in Milwaukee According to the call center it was not Checked in Even though he had received conformation that it was checked I didn't receive a text until Monday that there was a problem I rented the truck on Saturday and returned it on Saturday evening The woman at the call center was nasty and said that I might be charged for an additional day because we didn't return to the correct place We returned the truck to the place the 800 number on our contract sent us to.
