This charge is a complete scam and I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again and will tell everyone I know not to. I know you couldn't care less, but really? for $16? SHAME ON YOU

Stressful, getting the lock to work. It took a long time to check out the truck, also the truck was dirty. Moving went well tho! Getting the truck key was the most stressful part of the day :) thank you
Brigitte BI would recommend this location IF the customer took time to talk over details with the location personnel. We needed their help multiple times for an explanation of how the pick-up worked. The verification code that UHaul sent did not work with the keybox at all.
David SWhen calling to ask a question I was told they do not deal with U Haul questions and said to deal with it online. Then when picking up my equipment is was not checked in and I had to wait a half hour outside for it to be checked in.
Trey VI had a dirty truck and didn't know to take pictures. Never rented one before. The on line is not user friendly for someone not technical. Got charged for clean up when it wasn't my mess. Pet hair and chocolate when we had no pet and no chocolate. Drop off manager finally believed us and gave half of fee back. She was good. Pick up people didn't care enough to help at first. Acted like it wasn't their problem.
Terri MEveryone at the regional office in our area went above and beyond in making this whole process the easiest possible. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The woman at BPI was very helpful too. Great overall experience !
