The gentleman that checked out the equipment to me at the pick up location was extremely courteous and informative. I had zero issues with equipment pickup.

Greg BaneWiring on the trailers could be improved. Also correct hours of available pickup on the website would be nice. I scheduled 8 but it didn't open till 9. The amount of time to take delivery could be improved.

VICKI LAUGHLINWhen we returned the trailer we arrived at 4:05pm and they were closed. Their advertised hours are until 5pm. After making several calls to the after hours phone number and NO ANSWER, we contacted another local Uhaul service center and they allowed us to return our trailer to them. I will not use this location in the future. Bad business!... additionally, there was no note left on the door as to why they were closed early or how up reach someone to speck to. Just an unanswerable number?!?!

KAITLYN STOVERThere was a cleaning fee of $25 assessed which was never discussed and just showed up on the invoice. The condition of the van was the same as when it was rented. Try disclosing all of the taxes and fees since they can at least be estimated at the time of rental.
Eric Phillipsin my opinion the charges for miles should not be. if you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas like you got it, that should be enough. just saying.
