Check in was quick but it would probably be a good idea for the vendor & customer to inspect the vehicle together in order to avoid potential issues later upon return- but I didn't have any issues.

Jane B.Personnel needs to stop charging people on the side to remove automobiles from the trailer. Indian man charged me 10 $to do that. The location was so small need to upgrade you could barely see the Uhaul sign.

I disputed the charge and was advised to call (800) 323-7288 where I was advised that I could not be assisted here and was transferred to another # whereupon, after several rings my call was disconnected.

don W.I would not recommend this location as the guy working there strong-armed my mother-in-law into coming in a day early to get a larger truck than what was reserved back in March. Pickup of 20' truck was to be Saturday 6/26 at 10 am. He called her on Thursday 6/24 and told her that she needed to come and pay for the truck in person by 7 am on 6/25 or else he was going to give the truck to someone else (he said he had 3 others wanting the truck). This is an awful way of doing business, especially to a woman who is handicapped and has difficulty walking. She came on as requested and he had a 26' truck instead of 20', which was ordered. She was charged an extra 50 $. To top it off, she paid the entire bill with her credit card but shortly thereafter the guy tried to charge my card (which I used to make the reservation) as well. Very disappointed with the manner in which we were treated. Our original reservation should have been honored but wasn't. She should not have been pressured to come I and she should not have had to pay extra for the larger truck. I did not want to drive a larger truck not did we want to incur more cost for fuel as I am sure that the larger truck uses more fuel because of how heavy it is. This move was tainted by the items noted above. In the event I have a need for moving in the future I will likely not use Uhaul.

Ronald L.Lights were inoperable when I picked up. Didn't realize until we got home. We luckily knew how to attach a trailer as I had to attach with no help and there were no other customers taking up time. Tires were 15 lbs low. And when dropping it off I advised of lights and there was clearly no care to my comment.

Anthony N.Truck had a safety issue with a broken passenger mirror and yet the truck was still rented to me. I also had an issue with being charged for a hand dolly I did not use. I was not able to inspect the bay of truck before the rental as it was backed up to a fence with bushes/trees. When I open the back at my location, I noticed that the green seal was broken on the dolly and noted this to the location when I returned the truck. They still charged me and I feel they are just taking advantage of customers. I have been a frequent Uhaul customer and would never rent from this location again. Very deceitful.
