Not a thing. I was very happy to rent from this place. The gentleman was very nice and I would recommend every one to rent from him.

Definitely over and above what would have been expected to work to resolve the issue of our promised truck which was not returned on time. So very much appreciated during a stressful time

Ronald VThe inside of the rental place smells horrible not just like bait but dirty cat litter box or animals and there was a cat all over the counter and trying to rub against me and I am highly allergic, and they only have a couple of older uhauls, no cruise control or phone hookups which was not fun on a 1700 mile trip, the windshield wipers need to be replaced and the floor especially on the passenger side gets so hot you couldnt have your shoes off or put anything on the floor that would melt. The uhaul was very clean though and the man at the shop was very nice and helpful.

Jason BThe rear gate on the truck was malfunctioning. The cables broke when I opened the door. The router sent me to a location that was 25 miles from my home and then I was charged for being over on mileage.

Timothy ZHad a hard time finding a trailer in the area. Uhaul stock of equipment is way lower than normal. Uhaul doesn't seem to supply the neighborhood dealers very well. I drove 80 miles round trip to rent this trailer because none of the closer dealers had a small enclosed trailer and it's the only enclosed trailer he has. He has no trucks to rent. The neighborhood dealer was awesome!

rick kBackwood Beer & Bait had to look up all of the information needed for the rental. U-Haul had not sent any information. Payment had not been processed even though they had all of my payment information. My family picking up the trailer had to wait two hours until someone could contact U-Haul directly. Then an hour after my family left with the trailer I had received a call saying my reservation will be cancelled because no one had picked up the trailer. Seemed like every person I talked to from U-Haul had no idea what what going on even though every person I talked to "noted the account". We did all the leg work for U-Haul. Waiting on a call back from a manager to discuss the case... I would not recommend using U-Haul as a moving company. Backwoods Beer & Bait was helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond with the leg work and calls between myself and U-Haul in order to get my family on the road.

Michael Ci have a comercially produced pj trailer with a bulldog hitch. not enough clearance between ball and bumper. this cost me over 400 dollars and my daughter 4 days. when i called the rental place they just blew me off.
