Check in was a joke on the app. It would not recognize my pic as a selfie. We had to call for help and the app had problems getting us approved. It took over an hour with someone helping us. It was very frustrating.

Although I needed roadside assistance (excellent service call), I will contact Baer Storage for any future needs.

Michael MThe cart that comes with the truck should have a wider n deeper bottom plate. Totes n boxes the size of totes fall off, when tilting the cart backwards to travel with it.

I literally did not stop on the trip back because the thing was all over the road and I just wanted to make it back. I will never use uhaul again

Christopher MMy one complaint and not that big a deal was the truck seats had animal hair on them. I understand I picked up after hours so perhaps the truck wasn't inspected. Additionally the hair was blonde in color so perhaps it wasn't seen.

John AIt was a weird experience. I dropped off the truck and was told my extra days were going to be charged at $40 per day. I was told $30 a day at my pick up location and my drop off confirmation on the phone. The clerk here was able to adjust it to the agreed upon rate. I wasn't invited back to an office or shown any credentials who I was giving the truck key back to. The transaction was finished on her phone. It didn't feel as official as it should have.
Mel PWhen we went to check in we had rented a pickup and trailer. They told us our reservation was only for a pickup even though I had the rental reservation email for both. After returning equipment I got my finl reqiept email for one amount but a couple days later the charge on my bank statement was $35 more.

Daniel EThe agents were very friendly. The 15' truck I rented was clean, the ramp worked perfectly & the entire process, from p/u to return, ran smoothly. There were no unexpected charges on my card either-love that! If I had to name an area for improvement, I would say the computer system. It seemed to have some glitches & was sluggish (which is no fault of the staff on site); however, it was not enough of an issue to complain about & only added a minute or so to the process.

What really matters is mileage but the website makes it seem like the amount of hours rented for will affect the price. Ultimately, it's the amount of miles driven.
