This was my first time renting a truck so I appreciated the enthusiasm in answering my questions. Fair price for everything, and friendly service. Lamont ECompletely self serve. Trailers are parked in a location that forces you to back over a curb or pull them manually 20' to hook up. The attendant came out only to take a photo after I connected everything.

ANITA BPassenger side headlight was burnt out, bar inside cargo area used to connect ratchet straps was missing half the bolts that connects it to the wall, driver door had to slammed shut to close properly, my contract stated the truck had 3/4 tank of gas at pickup but it only had 5/8ths in reality.
Arielle CU-Haul smelled like manure. Shop did nothing to rectify it. I had to powerwash the entire inside of the truck to get rid of the smell
John VIt was tough to get the 26 foot truck into the smaller gas station to refill. We ended up blocking 4 pumps and almost hit a curb. I would recommend this location for smaller vehicle rentals.
Laura HThe pre trip safety inspection was a joke. The employee at this site had never heard of it, and did not know what to do. He kicked my hitch and said "looks good to me". He did not provide me with any documentation that showed I completed the safety check. Other than that, the trailer was at the site on time, the person who helped me hook up the trailer was very good, and I experienced no issues on the day of the rental.

Denise CThe staff overcharged me for the rental. The truck had a check engine light on I wasn't informed of. I was told to come back to get credits since the manager was not available. And the bill was still wrong. I would never return or recommend this location.
Roberta Gthe springs on the left side of the trailer gave out on our way to the event, and then on the way home the others gave out. The trailer needs maintenance.
KELLY PI had a hell of a time finding the location, as you still have it listed as being a GULF station. It is NOT. It is a Marathon station. Even the GPS link you have in your site led me to the wrong place. The lady I dealt with was wonderful. Very informative and helpful, apologized to me for the location confusion, says most customers have the same problem.
Thomas CThe truck that was issued to me took on rainwater in the trailer portion of the vehicle in the top left corner of "Mom's Attic." Also, this was the first time I've ever needed to air up a UHaul truck tire. The valve stem for the outer rear wheels is located on the back side of the tire making it extremely difficult to attach an air hose. Switching to tires that have the valve stem facing out (as with the front tires) will help greatly.

ALEXIS IWe got a 5x8 in closed trailer for my sister's wedding. Picked it up, loaded it, brought it home to sit a day and noticed 1 of the tires was bad, called location they had me call roadside and they had someone out asap to change it, had wrong lugenuts so they came back out early next morning to get it fixed. No inconvenience to us at all. Kept us informed, was professional and polite both at pick up, roadside and return. In fact we were able to return it early and they took the 5th day off, only charging us for what we actually used. We use and recommend them again.

Kimberly VCheck the vehicles, not have customer take more time of their rental start to do that themselves. Took an hour to be helped and finally be able to drive off, with no line. If you can't have a dedicated U-haul person don't have the business.
Sam WThe cashier was very nice and friendly and did her job well and gave all the information that I needed. Unfortunately, the truck did not have a ramp for easier access. There was one side of the inside of the truck where the wooden bar was coming off, so it was a bit hard to secure our things and keep them from sliding around. Still overall, we didn't have a bad experience.

Melissa JMake it very clear UP FRONT that there is a fee for cleaning if the back of the truck is not swept up. Furthermore, the attendant didn't even open the back of the truck to look to see that it was swept either. That was unfair and gimmicky to me. Lastly, we only moved furniture and heavy items. Once the truck was cleared we didn't even see a need to sweep or clean because there was no leftover debris.
Jay TNothing I can think of. This was not my first U Haul experience and as with others it couldn't have been easier. The person who was behind the counter was also 5 stars.

Todd PThe van they rented to us had a bunch of wood shavings on the floor when we picked it up. When we returned it, the attendant wanted to charge us a $25 clean-up fee for not sweeping it out. We told her the wood shavings were there when we picked it up, which she denied, even though she wasn't the attendant on duty when we picked up the van earlier that day. We went back and forth a bit, and she finally agreed to remove the cleaning fee, which was good. We just wish she would have believed us when we told her the first time.
Elizabeth CPicked up truck and there was a chapstick left in back. I threw it away and made sure it was clean before I returned it. The lady working when I returned it was very nasty and said I was being charged a cleaning fee when it wasn't dirty, it was cleaner than when I got it. I have a feeling this is being done to everyone. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced, she was horrible! Won't return for moving services, gas, or anything else!
Julie RI thought all U-Haul trucks these days had lower decks, installed ramps, and a comfort ride. The truck I rented did not have any of these comfort features. It was a much older truck, and both the trailer hitch light and check engine light stayed lit. I was told; "Both lights will not go off, but the truck works fine". The location is a franchise at a small gas station; that's clearly getting older vehicles as they're being filtered out of larger locations which has newer equipment. However, the staff member at the location was pleasant.
ERIC AInterior of van was dirty. Left turn signal was faulty. Very little pick up when accelerating, which was dangerous on the freeway. Most of our rentals are through the UHaul in Fairview Park. The service and condition of this van was much worse than what we have seen at our preferred location.

Kevin SCOST TOO MUCH, TRUCK RAN AND DROVE LIKE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION! THE CLERK WAS NICE AND HELPFUL BUT THE TRUCK AND COST WAS AWFUL AND HAS MADE ME QUESTION EVER USING A U-HAUL AGAIN IF THE NEED EVER CAME!
