The place is a bit of a dump. Terrible driveway. Charged an extra $20 to drop off at night which I have never had top pay at any other location. Will be contacting Uhal corporate about this. Absolutely ridiculous.
TROY PLocation overcharged me by $20. Called and emailed numerous times both at the drop-off location and u-haul customer service, who promised to reach out to Bailey Road location to finalize refund. It has been months and still no response. Very disappointed with how u-haul and its affiliates conduct business.

joel lWhen I received the van the fuel was marked as full but it was actually between 3/4-7/8 full. Additionally, U-Haul is marketing 16' box vans as 20' box vans. I understand they attempt to use the nook over the cab into the calculation but still come up short of 20'. This is incredibly deceptive marketing. Additionally, it put me in a position where I had to calculate the risk of leaving the door open and let the items I was transporting hang out the back while transporting. This was despite renting a 20' van that should have been able to accomodate 20' long items. The one positive note was the young gentleman manning the desk when I returned it. He was very professional and apologetic for the issues, even though they were/are most likely out of his control.

Roberto bI rented a trailer for the day. It was in the contract to have it returned by 1030pm. I returned it by 6pm. The office was closed so I parked it in the back lot as told. When I got my final bill, I was charged a $20 after hours fee? There needs to be a better system than that or I should have been told it would be 20 dollars more if returned after closing.

FRANCIS COnly thing wrong was they didn’t have a trailer hitch that fit my vehicle
Tim BOne of the tires had several threads showing…could have been bad if it blew on the freeway. Also online when asked what kind of vehicle I was towing I put Tesla M3P…the car hauler messed up the bottom of my car. My car sits to low for that trailer. The trailer latched onto my undercarriage and bumper and was pulling it off when trying to back it off. I had to get innovative to get my car off the trailer without causing more damage, including putting more than the recommended tire pressure(trying to raise my car up), using a tool to hit and wedge my undercarriage off of the trailer where it was latched, and balling up the tire tie down straps and shoving them behind my front 2 tires to make the car go up as I reversed. Scary situation, could have been much worse than the damage it caused.
Chance NConvenient to us and friendly staff. Just ensure trucks have the gas it states. Having to stop for gas within 3 miles was a bother, but the light came on and we had no choice.

Jennifer EI'm big on customer service and although the process was quick I had an issue with the lady who was there. There was a cat in the building and I said 3 times that I'm highly allergic to cats, I'm also pregnant I want to have to worry about is having a reaction due to a lady who was not taking me seriously. The lady laughed and didn't move the cat. My husband had to finish the transaction due to the cat coming close to me and she still did nothing to get the cat. It just felt like she didn't care which is not my normal U-Haul experience.

Chakravarthy SRight now, no I would not recommend this location normally I would, but the condition of the trailer below way below U-Haul standard that I'm normally use to. The trailer was filthy I have pictures but was not allowed to upload them. I had to spend an hour cleaning it out then another hour to let it dry before I could use it. Highly disappointed.
