Absolutely not the fault of the location but no moving blankets were available. The rep did locate some at another location which was five miles further away that I had to drive to just to get the blankets. On the equipment it was a very old trailer with the roll up door. I tried contacting other area dealers to swap to a trailer with the barn style doors but was unable to locate one. The corner lights on the trailer along with the right blinker did not work correctly. The right blinker did not work at all and the clearance / side marker lights on the top would alternate between dim and bright. Overall it was not the u haul experience I had come to know. I will need an additional trailer rental at the end of the month and I hope to have a much better experience.
