It was my first experience with U haul. I was surprised as there was no proper place from where I can get u haul. The place BD motors was no where. There was no proper identification and boards. There was U haul centre close to it and I went by mistake there but they were not helpful. Instead of guiding me properly they made me go back and forth. In the end with very difficulty I was able to find the location. When I went there the gentleman told me at that your veichle is parked at U haul centre. The manager at that U haul location gave me u haul truck with very difficulty although I already completed my online check in. She was rude and disrespectful. I told her that I had my insurance but she didn't tell me the gross weight of the vehicle. In the end I had to get insurance from u haul which I don't need to. I have experienced very difficulty in getting one way truck. It needs to be improved. People serving customers at various u haul centers are not professional.This needs to improve. There should be proper information regarding insurance coverage options. Thanks

Neighborhood Rental place was a Auto Mechanic/Hair salon/? Sketchy to say the least. Their computer system was down had to struggle to make my rental go thru.

The customer care was fine but if the customer return is not logged in properly it creates horrible situations. Unacceptable!

Try getting the equipment from an actual U-Haul store. It was almost impossible to hookup the trailer without being in the middle of the road since it was on a tiny run-down lot and the staff in the salon didn't seem to really understand the process of using the uhaul partner portal.

Resquested UHaul closest to my move location and this wasn't the closest (undesirable location). Employee tried to get me to write a check to his business rather than UHaul. Had to call UHaul to clear this up. Credit card machine was not initially working.

Trailer was ready to go upon arrival, just had to hhok up and go. After hours return policy made it easy to use the trailer for the time needed and return at my convenience. Great service.

Didn't have brake fluid in reservoir and needed to be greased but otherwise the trailer was fine. The main problem I had was I was charged double for being one hour late to drop it off. I shouldn't have got charged for the place being closed when I came by there.

We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and rent the equipment and it took another 30 minutes to finish the paperwork before we actually received the equipment
