Bryan MI rent a lot of uhaul trucks every year and this was an excellent experience each time I have come in. I"ll be back. Keep that 20 foot truck around, not all uhaul locations have that size.

Heather KOffice is not staffed properly. During work hours, there was no one there. Multiple customers came and went while it was not staffed. I waited 90 minutes for someone to open the store.
