Victor LThe location needs to be accurate on gas levels upon pickup and return. Lucky, I took pictures of speedometer which showed millage and gas levels. The place charged my credit card $19,99 for gas but refunded it when I came back in with the pictures that I took.

justin nI found the worker who checked me in very friendly. Took very little time to check the truck in. The location was not as inviting as the PU location but then the location was a neighborhood drop-off location and not a dedicated U-Haul store site. Nothing against this location and if I needed to rent again in this area, I'd return to B&N Automotive for a rental.
Allen SBen is very helpful and efficient. I rent U-Haul's quite often and this is my favorite location to rent from equipment is always clean and well-maintained.

ALI PIt took more time than expected in the check-in process. The verification part required an additional family member to get involved. After uploading my picture and Driver's License, it seemed an unnecessary step. The rest of the process was uneventful, and I appreciated the use of the U-Haul equipment for my moving purposes.

Yvonne CI greatly prefer pickup and drop-off locations that are UHaul, not a site that UHaul is just a sideline to their primary business. This is specially true when there is no one at the location!

Josh HChose the Mobile option, but the app threw an error when I tried to upload my driver's licence image. Thankfully the place was open and the customer service was great, but frustrated that the mobile app didn't work for me.
Melissa MEasy check out,friendly staff. Clean vehicle. However I was charged nearky double the quoted price. $44 for 4 hours turned into $86. For a $19,95 per day rental. Simply do not add up. After tax and insurance. Never aga8n.
Tonya BI rented a single axle drop gate trailer for a 800lb rock saw. They trailer was heavy duty with loads of Heavy duty tie down loops. Everything went so smooth. I am not going to borrow a friends trailer again. It's a quality trailer at a fair price. My only complaint is, I didn't figure that out sooner. BOC, Best of class.
david hHE MADE US WAIT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS. HE WAS PLAYING AROUND WITH THE COMPUTER AND MY HUSBAND DIDN'T THINK HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THEN HE TOLD HIM THE COMPUTER WAS DOWN AND HE COULDN'T GIVE US A RECEIPT UNTIL MUCH LATER. WE HAD TO CALL UHAUL TO GET A RECEIPT.

Although I kept rental an extra day, drove an additional 30ish miles, I was charged twice as much as original estimate……sure would be nice if I could see my receipt. Windows in truck filthy, kinda sucks when towing a $35 000 motorcycle in uhaul trailer.
