The vehicle was filthy both inside and out. I understand the outside with road conditions and all, but the inside was unbearable. We had to spray and wipe down the inside of the truck. The floors had dried mud and so did the back of the van. We swept it out, sprayed it, and went on our way.

Ethan EWhen I returned the trailer, I asked for help parking it and disconnecting it. The person at the desk rolled her eyes and said she would when she had time. After waiting for 15 minutes in 100 degree weather, I managed to park it and disconnect it even though after having recent back surgery I was not supposed to lift anything. I drove back up to the little hut and asked for a receipt of the return and she said she didn't have time to print one saying again " it would take her 15 minutes" if I wanted to wait but would be sending me an email. There was no one else requiring her attention and she was annoyed that I asked for a written confirmation of my return. I will not be using this UHaul location again.

Ruby MIt was Sunday, so no one was onsite when we dropped of the truck before 10:00am. The key drop box made it a very convenient and easy process!
