richie eI booked for 15' but I got 10' as they were out of 15' as previous customer didn't return the truck. I got lots of inconvenience to load and unload as I had to travel 3 times to move my whole stuffs instead of once because of lack of space.

Olawale OWe rented a truck on Saturday from 11:30 am - 5:00 pm. We returned the truck at 4:00 pm but the agent charged us an extra day for insurance. The agent at this location charged us an extra day and yet the truck was returned an hour early, on the same day. The rate quoted on the website was $1,09 per kilometer but we were charged $1,75 per mile. There is nowhere on the website that states that prices are quoted per kilometer but will be charged per mile. Very disappointed, will look elsewhere next time.
