rick bNot have the yard gate locked and some pavement would be nice I'm elderly and I have to use oxygen so walking around was difficult for me I just stayed in the car and had my family take care of the return

Archie LSignal is very poor at this rural location, so the U-Haul app is very slow! This makes trying to pick-up very frustrating! It took over 30 minutes to finally get approved for taking the truck. I will probably choose a different location if I ever rent a truck again.

brianna bThe first location we rented from did not have our truck and we were not notified until 30 mins prior to pick up. Giving a days notice would be nice. This location in Gatesville allowed us to pick up last minute and was very helpful.

ARIYO ONot all my equipment was there. Had to go to three different city's to get my equipment. They were about an hour difference in driving.
Gilbert SWillie was terrific and easy to work with. He definitely went beyond what other uhaul dealers would have.
Benjamin MPicked up the uhaul and got it loaded then found out I had to wait another five days before I was able to move, so uhaul made it stress free to get a few extra days. Very understanding and will work with you.

DEBORAH C1 Notify the location that a client will be picking up a truck. That way he will be there on time. 2 Notify the location about a pickup in advance so he can clean the truck!

ROY RFirst, the truck I reserved wasn't available so I had to accept a smaller vehicle. That truck wasn't full on full so it cost me at least an extra $15 to fuel it up prior to returning. The operator wasn't available when I returned the truck to discuss this, then I was charged extra mileage. So my suspicion is that someone had used this truck between it previously being returned and me renting it. I couldn't verify any of the trucks condition prior to leaving with the truck as I was given no paperwork and was told it would be emailed to me, didn't happen until after business hours. I will not use this location again.

SHALANDRIA MClean truck. And after renting a 20 foot U-Haul truck (that felt underpowered) the 26 foot was not only bigger but more capable. Moved the remainder of our possessions with the larger truck and 5 x 8 trailer. The trailer was a last minute add on. Only wish was it being a 12 x i instead. Very satisfied with the people and equipment.
