Duane BI arrived an hour early. My bad. I had to travel about 300 miles south and was not sure my arrival time would be. They were not prepared for me, not a big deal but a thing. Also, the fuel tank was more than half empty so my return journey started at the gas station. The key would not turn over, and it took a while to figure out that you had to turn the steering wheel to get the ignition to work. Lastly, shortly after we left the lot, we noted that the check engine light was on. We assumed it was due to someone not tightening the fuel cap. We saw no other indications there was anything wrong, i.e., oil OK, temp OK, ran good.
Bernard KThis place never has staff working and their lot is a dump. No real idea where to park a truck or trailer as there is not one regular parking spot.

Bernie SI spent an hour on the mobile app trying to return the truck. It asked me to submit a picture of the odometer about 30 times. Finally I gave up and then thought I'd try the website instead of the app. Worked the first time.

Ray PThe folks at this location were fantastic. The unit was very clean. I was very frustrated about my reservation being moved this costing more miles and time. The agent who scheduled offered a milage discount and it was taken but it didn't work out to the same price as the other unit. This was scheduled well I'm advance and shouldn't have been an issue. The truck itself pulled to the left (needing an alignment) and the steering had alot.of play which is par for the course for a Ford vehicle in that mileage.

Jacquelyn MNoticed tire pressure indicator light on dash flashing checked for tire pressures no sensors in wheels. Checked for oil life and it was at 0 %. I am not sure how this is possible for a vehicle that is only suppose to have 33 399 miles. Also if equipment is not ready 2 hours prior to pickup alternate plans should already be put in place and E-mailed to the customer. It should not be the customers responsibility to contact you to make sure things are set up correctly.
