When dropping the vehicle off, the owner took the keys and spoke briefly with my dad, who dropped it off. They didn't inspect the truck. The next day, we received an invoice for $25 for cleaning. It also showed that it had been checked back in 2 hours after we had actually checked it in. This might be irrelevant because it didn't cost us anything extra that I am aware of yet but isn't accurate

Ensure the truck is clean for new customer! Some of us do not throw empty bottles and trash behind seats and it shouldn't be our job and position to have to check before renting truck! They should be ready to go for customers! I've always had good experience with locations but this one was just poor all around. And when I was told about getting a notification for drop off Which i did not receive! I got charged for stuff we didn't do! Highly dissatisfied with this last experience
