Ensure that the pickup location has all reserved accessories prior to pickup time. Location did not have enough furniture pads for the truck and had to scrounge through their other trucks for extra pads.Andrew C.

I had a reservation for a truck at 10am on a Friday and no one was there to give me the key. Even the Uhaul reservation manager was unable to reach the contact at B&D motors. They had to switch us to a different location and as a result, I was late to an appointment and the movers I hired made it to my house before I did. I wasted money and time as a result of their carelessness.Daniel W.

Bradley Green was late Saturday morning when I went to pick up the truck. The office is scheduled to open at 9:00 and I did not get the truck until 38 minutes later. Bradley quoted me a different price and charged me 39.99, when I returned the truck 3 hours later Bradley was not at the office. I called him later that evening to ask why he charged me 39,99 instead of 29,99 and he said that it was he quoted me, that it not true. He told me that I shouldn't be worried about 100 and he raised his voice and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and he does not need to work with the public.carla B.
