U Haul trailers could use better tie downs inside the trailers to keep merchandise in place.

I went home. what he should have said was you can sign in on line BUT you need to take picture of milage and youll need to use phone to register your location . I had to drive back to the drop off location to do these things. what a waste of time because he didnt bother to tell me this

Tarina ReedWhile the truck was free of trash the cab was very dusty, dirty and grimy. Routine maintenance of the driver's area would be suggested to improve the experience.
Dawn KluchenekNothing wrong with the location, though they just handed me the keys and pointed. Good thing there's nothing unique about a 16 year old Ford van chassis. This unit should be reserved for local moves, in my opinion. Steering and front suspension are more than a bit loose, for a 400 mile trip.

Paul RamsaierI was charged $20 for returning it during overnight hours even though I did the full return process through the app. This aside, this location is always great.
Paul RamsaierDashboard and cab was dusty. Invoice was designed to charge customers for fuel. Fuel was not full but 7/8, which is hard to judge. I drive 14 miles and added almost 2gal gas but was still charges $10,5 for fuel!

Phillip GeiersbaechWhile the equipment was clean, it was not well maintained. Three times along my rental I had to stop along the side of a freeway because the engine heat signal was red lining. Additionally, when I arrived the trucks were so close together I had virtually no room to properly inspect the vehicle for scratches or damage. Finally, none of the additional equipment I booked was in the truck, and the key in the lock box was the wrong key for the truck I was assigned. The staff on site were INCREDIBLY friendly and helped quickly rectify some of these problems, but had I used 24/7 pickup and picked up at a time the location was closed I would have been unable to take the rental.

Juan RodriguezThe after hours return process wasn't explained to me when I picked up the truck and it was really frustrating finding out I needed to take pictures of the truck after I had already parked it in a rather tight spot. Would've liked to have known I needed to take pictures beforehand, would've made it a little easier.

MICHAEL MALYThe app gave us a bad experience! Collecting the U-Haul almost effected our time sensitive pick-up. The representative helped us through it though! And then dropped it off we again attempted to drop it off with the app but didn't give us a confirmation it was returned. We called again, the rep said it didn't look like it was returned. She documented and it work it's way out the next day. Just frustrated with the experience.

Return on I phone was difficult Office was closed on 4th of July holiday I had to all customer service , gave all the info , miles I drove the truck over the ph and finally dropped the keys in the Dropbox The condition of cargo van was excellent and a/c was working on hot day , thank u

jim hidesThey charged me extra for gas, stating it was at a 1/2 tank. I took a picture of it before I left. It was between 3/8 and 1/2 tank, the same as I left it with them at. Shouldn't have been charged for it not being at a 1/2 tank when it wasn't when I picked it up.
