I received three different receipts with different amounts. I was overcharged for items I didn't receive. The truck was filthy and didn't operate correctly.

12'X6' Trailer was missing electrical hookups. Had to get one off of another trailer. Site was based in a field, with no office. I was told to book online by owner, and did so. Asked for a standard moving dolly online and two furniture dolly's. After calling at my reservation time, the owner sent his son out who let me know that they didn't have the furniture dolly's (20 $+ Tax). He said he would remove them, but I've been charged for them and if they are on my contract, I will need to verify with the drop off location I won't be billed for not returning moving equipment I had to pay for and didn't receive. Instead I sat in a field for 20 minutes while a teenager assured me everything was fine on their end and sent me on my merry way.

Was told over the phone that I could drop off at any location in Indiana not the case I was charged more for dropping off in Elkhart Indiana instead of Merrillville nobody was there to get me hooked up no office just a field with equipment in it

This location is a lot that you just drop off what ever you rented. There is no office or anyone one there. There is a sign with a number to call but still no one showed up. I finally checked in on my phone and hopefully everything is ok, with my checking the trailer back in. When I made my reservation it said this location did not have trailers. I had to rent at another location and paid more for a one way. This is twice in the last month I have rented from U-Haul and both times has not been an easy and likable experience. Next time I'll try Penske.

It was an empty field with trucks parked in it.

No one answers the phone and the only way I got a hold of company was show up in the field where the trucks are parked. We returned the truck and was charged more than expected. No DROP BOX. APP did not work for checking in the truck. I'm done with uhaul and will not recommend at this time.

Showed up at location to return rental. Gate locked, no drop box, and no one answered phone to help. Place looked abandoned. Called u haul 24-7 customer service. Had to re route us to another drop off 25 miles away. Now waiting for my 50 $refund promised! Horrible drop off experience. Never again!

Reserved truck 9/30/20. Picked up truck 10/1/20 employee said would email contract to me. 20 minutes later at home opened email and it said expired. no answer at rental location. Returned truck 10/2/20 at 3:00 PM same employee, who did not know why no email contract, Manager/owner not there but was told he would call me. When I had no call by 10/5/20 I called voice mail only so left message. Sent email to Uhaul customer service got no response. 10/6/20, called retail location again, voicemail only, left message. Called Uhaul after holding for 25 minutes I did get someone on phone that after explaining problem she emailed the contract to me. All in all a very bad experience. This is a new Uhaul location, perhaps you should reconsider your choice!!!

Super service! Large trailer was reserved several days in advance. Local UHaul agent was very helpful; we got everything checked out in advance. Trailer was well kept and clean. We returned in the same condition.

The tail lights didn't work, had to rig them for the haul. The brakes were locked on trailer and my husband had to fix them. The equipment needs some maintenance. The manager was very nice and polite. Returned it early with no problems.

Truck was clean, fueled up and ready to go when I got there. Service was the best, clean and in order. Showed me everything about the truck, and we checked it out together. When I returned truck we check it in and everything was ok. Truck was like new, ran good. I will use them again. Thanks
