Joseph S.Price for the 5x9 trailer was $10/day MORE than it was advertised on the UHaul site. Instead of $19,95/day I was billed for $29,95/day. Since I absolutely needed it that day I was left with no choice and no time to argue the matter. Other than that, the staff here was second to none. Helpful, friendly, & professional. Really great people here.

Jonathan M.The rental was dirty but maintained. We got a drop off location that wasn't a uhaul location so that was unimpressive. However after an hour and a half wait and multiple transfers we got to our final drop off. The owner was very nice and we appreciate that. Due to uhaul's faults we got charged extra mileage.

Janice K.I had asked for a dolly to be included, I was told by the people I rented from that it would be secured inside the uhaul I rented. I was told it would be secured by a green seal and if I broke the seal I would be charged for the use of the dolly. I got to my apartment that I was moving and there was no dolly. After being on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes I was given the objection reference id 3493520. I was told I would be contacted by someone this week. I have not been yet. The uhaul was also dirty inside, the drink holders had sticky old soda mess in them, the floors and seats were dirty, unfortunately the website only let me take 1 pic to show this, I am extremely unhappy with my experience, the lack of the dolly greatly inconvenienced my move.

Mark P.Blankets were reserved but not available when truck was picked up. I was informed I needed to get blankets at the U-Haul center 2,3 miles down the road. 1) pick up point should have made an effort to get blankets. Also the U-Haul center did not have the requested amount of blankets either. really? 2) the 800 number takes MUCH too long to get someone to answer. More than 20 minutes on hold. (When eventually answered the people on the other end are very polite and helpful. U-Haul wasted too much of my time. Will use another company next time if at all possible.

LEWIS M.My rental was cut short abruptly, apparently because my rental vehicle is scheduled to be sold. I was given less than 12 hours notice, and not offered any type of replacement. This was not the doing of the rental location, but rather the "regional manager" who called me. I rent from Uhaul rather frequently, and have to implore how disrespected, disgusted & irrelevant I felt as a customer. The so called manager who called me could use several lessons in customer service, tone & general personality. If I had an alternative rental option, I surely would not utilize Uhaul for my continued service needs. That's all.
maryland H.super easy and convenient the only thing that I would add is make sure you read the directions because when you do pick up you have to have a secondary reference or point of contact available to answer a phone or your passport number.
