The employee acted like he couldn't help me with the reservations. I had problems with and all the notes that were made on my account. He wasn't the owner and he just checked me in.

Edward GGreat Experience at this location. I will likely never use your services again due to the poor overall experience of our reservation being cancelled the day before our move and having to drive 2 hours to pick up a truck. If a reservation is scheduled, the truck should be there. Take a deposit or something to ensure the truck is held and available when scheduled. This is the 3rd time something of this sort has happened with Uhaul. Never again. But B&S Dry Ice was the highlight of our experience. Customer service was excellent.
Caleb WThe vehicles a/c and heat only blew from the defroster. This caused or feet to freeze for the entire 8 hr trip. It was most unpleasant.

HERBERT CTruck sounded horrible! Plenty of time I went to start it and it struggled to start! I reserved for 8:30 I got there before that time I didn't leave until 9:30 because poor man did not know how to work efficiently but I was still required to turn in at 2:30 which cut into my time of me moving. I finally get to the truck it has a lock restricting it from closing it was locked open, so I had to drive 10 minutes into the heart of Lafayette to go to a different uhual place to remove the key so I can lock the truck, while driving there I nearly killed a family because the back of the truck opened several times with a dollar on the back half way fallen out, then it also put me 15 minutes away in traffic from my normal route that I planned to take for me to move efficiently I didn't get to start packing the uhaul till 10:15 and barley made it back for turn in, I asked to speak with district manager cause I shouldn't have to pay for a service like this! I never was able to get in touch with them I would never recommend this specific dealer on Pinhook to get a uhaul from I've had great experiences with plenty others!

CHAD BU-Haul service is a secondary service at this location. Not ideal.
BRYAN PThe manager was late to work and is late everyday because of another job so we had to wait. The employee that works there was EXTREMELY RUDE. Was even yelling at us!! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will not go back ever!!!!

CHARLES LI would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. My pickup location was changed twice and no one called me to verify like I was informed they would. When I picked up the truck the trailer lights would not work so again, I was sent across town to another location where they worked on the truck for over an hour. While I waited for Uhaul personal to repair the truck, I missed the time I arranged for the moving company to load the truck. I am now out of $400 bucks because the movers waited for me to arrive for the two hours the truck was being g worked on. Next time I will pay a little extra and go with Penske.

Edwin mDid mobile check-in, but it still took me 45 minutes to get my Uhaul (which made it extra challenging since I had reserved for the time I needed but lost almost an hour). Vehicle had not been checked back in so I was not able to use mobile checkout. Had to do it at counter. Very slow service. Vehicle had also not been cleaned. Previous user had spilled oil inside the Uhaul. They did mop it out, but it was still quite slippery, making it difficult to get any traction inside when we were loading heavy furniture in and out. When I went to return Uhaul, it wasn't much better. Took about 20 minutes to return. They got locked out of the device they were trying to use and had to "call the owner" to do it for them. Owner wasn't able to be reached right away and then had to pull over (was driving) to do it. Very unprofessional overall. This location is most conveniently located to my place of work so I'd love to use them, but have never had a good experience. I only used them this time because there were no available rentals in my area at the time I needed them. I thought that using mobile checkin would help, but it did not as I was not able to use it on either end. Rather stressful experience, and not at all like other UHaul experiences, which have traditionally been good.
BREANNE SExcellent customer service, they went out if there way to ensure I was properly prepared for the tow.He put in plenty of labor to turn my ball opposite so I wouldn't bottom out the entire trip.
Gerard TThe lady that worked there was terrible . Customer service told me i could drop off the u haul back in the same town instead of driving it across country with no additional charges . " I would just pay the same 4 day rate " & when i went to go return it 3 days later i noticed they had charged a additional 500 plus dollars . Absolutely crazy . Never used the miles and never drove it across country and had to pay more then if i would have. What a joke.

Joseph AKeep up better maintenance on the U-HAUL Trucks. Our truck's alignment was horribly off and was pulling heavily to the right. That can be hazardous for anyone moving heavy loads on the highway. The inside was extremely dusty and needed cleaning.

Raymond MThis is the second time I preorder a trailer and the day of pickup they don't have what I ordered so they send me to a vendor which is a horrible experience unclean run down facilities twice this happened to me. U-Haul should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the vendors they have with no good computer equipment no printers just sad.. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone because of this!!!!!!!!
