Vehicle traction would not allow it to drive over the gravel Rd without getting stuck multiple times so it was parked and unused after speaking with U-Haul customer service. Vehicle returned next morning. Newer tires may have helped.

There was only 16 miles worth of gas in the truck, the ramp was broken and there was broken glass in the back of the truck.

VERNITA ANDERSONThe only thing I did not appreciate is after paying over 200 one way and having to supply the gas as well just to move from one place to another the cost was way too high. I feel gas should be included. The price alone was way too high and I feel something should be better when borrowing the truck for same day return. All in all the staff was professional at both locations.

Thomas TesterMy rental was fine up until I was charged another whole day for being minutes late finishing the online check in. I was having issues with the website and sent a message about it. I was told I will receive a call for that issue but never did. There should be a grace period in case of technical issues with the website ,such as mine, or possibly other means.
