The store clerk apparently only deals with a guy named Henry before he releases the truck to the customer even if uhaul is trying to call the location and see what the issue is. That was the worst customer service ever. It doesn't seem to be a part of the uhaul company,it was as if the guy was just holding the keys for someone else. Whole experience was just crazy and I will never use nor recommend this location.

Donald S.Location is a gas station, staff there was very unhelpful and rude. Was told it would be 10 minute wait and waited an hour for manager to show up.
