The problem I had was we requested that we keep truck longer, because the storage place was not open. I dropped the vehicle trailer off before time. They still charged me saying you rented them together...RIP OFF, especially when the person checked it in eraly

I was confused on where to drop the truck. I parked it in front of the store, checked out, took a photo and then the last step of the check out described the key box ... which was at the back of the building, which I found more Uhaul trucks. Sorry about that!

Fortunately my husband had the instinct to check the water and oil levels because the oil was on empty! Had to add three quarts before leaving the pick up location - we would have ended up stuck on the road with a truck full of belongings.

Although this was a smaller location and we did have help. It was very difficult to get the trailer hooked up and dropped off with out some kind of jack mechanism.
