This is no reflection on them but rather uhaul. I reserved a truck in Ridgeland and got to the location and not only did they not have the truck but uhaul never contacted me on another location but I waited an extensive amount of time losing about 1hr costing me money and uhaul offered no compensation but rather charged normal price for their mishaps!!!
Anthony SSafety first? Would have appreciated some basic assistance to properly hook-up the trailer to my vehicle. I was given zero in-person help. I was handed a piece of paper with instructions. The reason I make this suggestion is because of safety. One would think it is important to have a person from the pick-up location assist with correctly hooking-up the trailer. Common sense would support my comment.

Kevin WNice folks. I actually left the kiddos air mattress inside the truck. They kept for me until until i came back the next morning.
Michael GI had to contact this location twice to correct the fuel level marked on my contract, as it was wrong. After telling me they fixed it, they had not and I had to call in upon returning the rental to have this corrected. Thank you to Ruby in customer care for correcting this for me as the location should have the first time they were made aware and asked to do so,

BETH HThe trailer had new tires which apparently fly were not balanced. The trailer bounced above 60ish mph.
MARK GReserved appliance dolly and blankets. None were provided. Had to call and have a tire replaced once loaded.
James COur initial reservation was in a location near our home and this was reserved with a credit card. Despite this l was notified the day prior to pick up that there were no trucks available. This is the second time that this has happened with a UHAUL reservation. Unacceptable! Then we went to the only alternate location that had a truck which was nearly 30 minutes away. It was closed. We went through a complicated process to open a lock box to get the key. It took us several minutes to get that done and was very difficult and frustrating.

Larry TThey have zero customer service and you have to load your own trailer. No one at that location was willing to help. They give U-Haul a bad name because they do not care about their customers.
Fredrick PMake sure the amount charged is what was quoted. I made 100$ rental discounted for dropoff location and paid 30$ for insurance but somehow my total bill was over 200$. Disappointing.

ERROLL RThe truck had very little gas. Needed servicing. Ran very rough .very hard to shut drivers door due to all the damage. Had to turn it in early and ask friends to help me finish with their trucks.
Charles PThe truck provided was in such poor condition you should be embarrassed you have that vehicle on the road. Obviously when someone damages a truck you pocket the insurance money because you sure don't repair your equipment with it. Very poor experience. Shameful.

Greg BDriver side of the cab had a large dent in the fender. This did make the door difficult to close. The speaker system was not working correctly either. The trucks are built for long trips. It would be nice to be able to have properly functional entertainment.
CHARLES GBetter train the initial customer service young people. I started on 02.27.2024 to book a truck for 03.01.2024(moving date) but unfortunately U-Haul kept changing the location & in the end, the time which caused a problem for my movers.

Mandy LI was expecting a drop box for the key to be located by the building, so I wasted time in the cold looking from 1 side of the large building to the other, only to find it on the far end of the parking lot on a pole by the u-hauls used to tow behind your vehicle.
