This was my first experience renting a Uhaul vehicle. The service was great and the Uhaul app is very thorough in explaining how to proceed with each step, with the help of demonstration videos as well. If you're a hands-on person needing face-to-face like me, Barnett Body Shop's workers are open to assisting as much as they know how.
Mckimley OwensThe only issue I had was the truck that I reserved two weeks prior was not available and I did not get a phone call from U-Haul until 6 PM the night before my move. I had to take a much smaller truck, and my move took three times as long. This had nothing to do with the Barnettes body shop location, just U-Haul in general has poor business practices.

David FarmanCard on file . I was asked if I wanted to charge it . I answered Yes only to receive a receipt that said the rental had been deducted from my $100 deposit. Why would you do that when you have a card on file. Definitely won't be using this location again.
Roderick LoveThe truck I was assigned has a badly cracked windshield that is a safety hazard and a danger to the driver and occupants. Vehicle should be taken out of the inventory until windshield is replaced.
Kelvin ConyersI reserved a Uhaul & Trailer in Pearl,Ms. Got there and NEITHER one was available. The salesman LEFT for the day in the midst of me trying to get my equipment. Then had to go to TWO different locations to get the Uhaul & Trailer. Returned the equipment a day early and still had to pay extra because the gas level was not exact too where it was when we picked up the truck. I hope I never have to use Uhaul company again!!!

WALTER RIELLEYEquipment on lot at first location did not match the inventory in the computer. I was rented a trailer that was not even at my rental location.
WILLIAM SIMMONSThis location was given as an alternate because the equipment reserved at the preferred location was not going to be available at the requested time. I was told this alternate location was not open on my Saturday requested pickup day, but could get it early at this location. There were no problems with this location but I was charged an additional day, which was not due to a failure on my part, but on U-Haul's.
