U-bet, I used a car transport trailer, it was a little returning it, but for anything else. It would be like drive-up service.

Have knowledgeable people at each location. Even if a customer selects the option to use mobile check in, they should be available for questions. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. It should not have been this hard.

Trailer had trash in it that I had to unload in the dumpster

There were 3 pieces of old furniture in the back of the truck. Not clean at all

Had no problem scheduling a pickup for the trailer . The employees were knowledgeable and friendly . . Great bunch of people .

We had to get the body shop tech to repair the emergency chain so that it could connect to my vehicle.

As soon as I walked in to return my unit the lady said let me clear this other .... off my desk and was very rude. She complained that the Uhaul system was slow and the worst system that she had ever used. Then she charged me for being a day late when my return contract clearly stated the return date and time was 5-2-22 and told me that I could dispute the charge with U Haul. She told me to un hook the trailer on the side and no one came outside to unhook the unit, so I did it myself.

All answers are poor because I can not simply address the issue noted in the other text box. I will look into an alternate rental company for my next need

The operator was confused about which trucks were available at their location and I waited 30 minutes to get the correct truck. My reservation included an appliance dolly but there was not one available.

Staff wasn't trained enough. Took over an hour and multiple calls for the check in attendant to finish paperwork when the site asked me to do everything online for a contactless experience

The truck could use a new set of windshield wipers. But that's all i can think of.

A sign that let's the public know it is a pick up and drop off site would be great.

U-Haul is a freaking joke! I reserved my rental on 8-25 for a 3 day rental starting on 8-28. Never got a reservation call even though I kept calling about it but to no avail. Finally, Wednesday morning right before we signed on our home I finally got scheduling to tell me where to pickup. Richland, which is very far from my move in Pelahatchie. Alright, maybe get the extra miles and that'll be ok right? Wrong, I get the email and message for the address and contact info on the location. Address doesn't take you there by the way. Oh, yeah phone number you ask? Disconnected! Well great, now what? Back on the phone with the 800 number. They get a field agent to give them a working number and I get connected. Find out where they are and get there. Poor girl was trying and did her best. It wasn't her fault. She was only told right before I got there that they had a pickup. Their first ever. 26' truck and an appliance dolly. No appliance dolly though. Great because it's just me and my tiny wife moving this entire house! Almost finished getting the thing ready to go and I it tried to make me deliver it back there. Why? She had to fight through that and start the entire process over so I could drop off somewhere closer. It's been an absolute joke dealing with U-Haul and I hope to never do it again. I'll leave my belonging behind before I ever rent from them again. Anything for my troubles...haha yeah right you know better. Now this isn't a shot at my pickup or drop off location, they did their best.
