I didn't like going to a gas station to pick up my truck without an Uhaul representative there. I will never go to this location again to rent a Uhaul truck.

Truck has trash in it, I got charged to fill the tank of gas up all the way when it started at 3/4 tank. Used the truck for 2 hours and it cost $100. Not worth it and will not be back to uhaul.

I returned the van and was charged for gas when I filled the van to the same level as when I picked it up. I took photos of the gauge when I picked it up and when I returned it. I have previously mentioned this issue and NOBODY from Uhaul responded to me complaint. GREAT customer service Uhaul.. take money from a customer unethically and fail to even respond when the customer complains and makes the situation known to you.

The lady that worked at the gas station was nice but no one to physically sign the truck in to. We had to do it online which would not work again. Spent so much tome just trying to check in truck — on the phone with customer service for so long. I got charged double last weekend. On line check in is not good when it doesnt work.

They overcharged me for truck insurance which I specifically opted out of. Emailed customer service and nobody responds. There is no phone number to reach out to. So a heads-up, they are allowed to steal money from you and there is apparently nothing you can do about it.

The guy behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. He had to “call his boss” And handed us a phone so we could talk to him. We were also told there wasn’t anyone available to hook up the carrier until after 2pm. Glad we didn’t end up getting the carrier there, I would have been very nervous they wouldn’t have hooked it up right. I’d never agree to this location again.

The truck had sticky residue all over the floor. I had to spend a bunch of time wiping it up with degreaser before I could use it. Having to talk to someone over the phone to get the paperwork finalized was also a bit concerning.

Sign and website said they open at 600am. I came at 700am and wasn’t open. I waited until 800am and the worker/owner showed up. Told him I was here to drop off the truck I rented. He said he had no room for it. Told him and showed my contract that I was to drop it off at his store. He basically didn’t want it and finally agreed to take the truck. I had called the night before at about 630pm to drop it off but no one answered even though they are open until 1000pm. When I drop it off he was 2 hours late opening and caused me a delay in what I needed to get done. Will always chose another vendor after this. Nothing but a pain dealing with the return part of this trip. Not worth the hassle. Had to rent another truck this week and used another vendor, was smooth and I’ll stick with them now.

There was no Dropbox at the drop off location. I was very irritated searching for it at 5:30 in the morning.

I reserved my truck In advance with a guarantee for my truck being at the location. It was at the location but when I was trying to confirm my reservation he almost gave it away to another customer. He try to stop me after I got the keys even to tell me I was at the wrong location with the wrong vehicle. No uhaul Representative was available when I returned the truck, So I was initially told to return it at a different location and I ended up completing the process via my mobile device through u-haul account. And returned the keys to the person who was working at the location.

Yasir was awesome. This is how you treat your customers. From the start he was polite and very helpful. The best... he wasn't even there. Handle it all over the phone like a pro.. Your customer service is outrageous... It took me 3 truck later a complaint and im 7 months pregnant and walked a hr home because yall rep booked me and they didn't have the truck available..... Then i was told about a .79 cent a mile offer... And i wasnot Haveing that so she offered a 50 off thing yall could do... And charged me full price!!

The check in process was a bit confusing. The paperwork we received from our check out location with the reciept did not match the return location we received via email. Otherwise, great overall experience.

The location did a great job providing service. It was the actual service with the Uhaul employees that processed the payment that was very poor.
