JEFFREY KThere is no lighting at the location making it difficult to find my equipment at night. Also, the van that I was originally reserved was not at this location so I had to use a truck that had mechanical issues.

Kevin UOnly used this place because we initially booked did not have the keys logged into your system, so could not use the 24/7 check in process. Would have had to wait over an hour for a person to show up. Called customer service and thankfully they found a truck at this location. Needless to say, the initial experience of not having the truck ready at the place and time I reserved has turned me off to uhaul. Will likely use another option in the future.
Ian Wi rented a 6’ x 12’ enclosed trailer . there was no tongue jack mounted to tongue , and as i am 75 , it was quite heavy to lift on and off hitch without help !
frank cClean out the back end before releasing the truck. Make sure everything is in proper working order. The front end was held together with tape. The brakes pulled right. The radio buttons worked only intermittently. Both 12v plugs were inoperative. The "estimate" lowballed me by 10 % (and there were NO extra miles beyond the original estimate -- less, in fact). A rather unpleasant experience.
ronald lAlthough the people at Badger and Sons were amazing, the trailer I rented was by far the most beat up unit I have ever rented from Uhaul. The trailer did what I needed it to do but Uhaul may want to look at the quality of equipment they require their agents to rent out.

GEORGE BFor the 5x9 open trailer with sides and ramp, it would be nice if you could identify if the trailer has the motorcycle bump out in the front. Picking up is taking a chance.
