Nothing Really. The guy that runs this station is very professional and very outgoing and professional. I will for sure return to this station to pick up my next U-Haul. Vans were very clean and are kept in very good shape.
John BEveryone knows moving can be a terrible experience. Luckily, my u-haul rental helped make the process less miserable. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff member and a clean and well-maintained vehicle. At the end of the day I was greeted by the same smiling face who helped me return my rental smoothly. The staff made this a 10/10 experience.

Karl KOn the contract they added 40 extra miles, reported a 1/4 tank when it was empty and added insurance when i declined it on the reservation. Go to the Solano Ave location as its the actual UHaul company. Have been screwed multiple times by the other dealers in town. Sad world we live in

ROGELIO AThe mileage count was off & I was charged more miles than I drove it (charged 102 miles and only should have been 100) and it was not charged at the rate I was told of $0,99 if at least 100 miles and instead I was charged 102 miles at $1,19/mile. It should have been $99 and I was charged 121.38. I am due a refund of $22,38 +tax.
SHANNON BCould not turn off the heater so had to drive with windows down to blow the heat out. Heat was not even slightly adjustable. Air conditioning did not work at all.
gerald cThis store does not have a pull through for pickup or returns. We returned the trailer, no one met us, and we had to push it by hand back up into the rental lot.Both of us have bad backs, we were there for the rental, not to do the heavy lifting.

Neal KVehicle had low tire pressure in two tires. Agent said it had just had a tires replaced so the TPMS may not have been reset. Despite this I put air in the tires to ensure I didn't have a flat. The oil life was at 0 % When I rented, verbally told the agent what the gauge read for 1/4 tank, the agent acknowledged this. The agent emailed the contract last thing and didn't receive it until I left the lot. Turned out the contract had the fuel listed at 15/16 of a tank and I was charged for fuel refilling at $8 a gallon. It took hours to get ahold of an agent via online chat to get this rectified.

He also specifically told me that people had been stealing gas from his trucks. Total scammer! I would never rent from the location again.

traci bVan was not cleaned. Had issues with first cargo van. Returned it, got another van not cleaned. Everything seemed to be fine until it Rained. I discovered there was no weather stripping around the rear doors and water leaked in on equipment.

DANIEL LTruck was not prepared for pick up (tables 4 big ones left in it) VERY dirty blankets I wouldn't give to a homeless person to use. Staff could not explain clearly the breakdown of the expenses I was charged when I challenged the amount because I drove less mileage than my estimate, so why would my final price exceed my original balance at pick up. Location is FILTHY, FILTHY and the truck had not been disinfected, so I used my products to clean it so I could feel comfortable driving it. Staff did not have mask on and apparently do not take Covid 19 pandemic seriously. I will never pick up for there again.
ALICIA JMade reservation with uhaul for a time the location wasn't open for another hour. Once received truck was filled with garbage in the cab and truck. And to move items out and clean ourselves.

MIGUEL AThis was my worst uhaul experience ever. The shop didn't look like a uhaul store. There was one guy there who didn't know anything about uhaul. There was nobody there to help at first. He had to call someone who was apart of the uhaul to come and that took 5 minutes of us standing around then we had to wait for him to turn the computer on which took another 5 minutes just for him to ring me up on his handheld device. It was sketchy asf! Then once we were finished with the transaction he just gave us the keys and that was it. He never told me to check the mileage or do an inspection around the vehicle. Even though I already knew to do it from renting previously with you guys. There was a scratch on the front but the drivers side and he tried to blame it on us when we got back. Then when I got in the car to check the miles and gas, the miles were at 81562 and the place we were going in total was only 15 miles meaning when we dropped it off it was at 81577. When I checked my emailed receipt he over charged me for the mileage. He charged me 24 miles. Then when I tried calling the store he answered the first time and told me to come by and get my refund. When I got there I called him ( like he asked ) and the phone wasn't even ringing meaning he had blocked my number because I had my boyfriend call on his phone and the call went straight through to him. Then he said he was going to send someone out to give us the money in cash and it took 20 minutes for him to do that and the guy came outside shirtless and in sandals. It wasn't even the guy who worked for uhaul it was some random guy . I'm very disappointed if I could get a full refund I would . He overcharged me and knew exactly who I was. If I never checked my receipt he would've gotten away with charging me 10 extra miles … then he had the audacity to block my number after he told me to call him when I was outside. Highly DONT recommend this place for anything!!!! Very sketchy and looks like a chop shop ! Never again !!!
Jordan EReturned truck on holiday, the facility was fenced and locked, parked on street and used drop box but wasn't really sure if process was ok but it did work out. Received an email confirmation the following day saying transaction was complete. Maybe experience would be better during normal hours.
Peter WThe guy I spoke to said since I was driving so far he would drop the mileage from $1,19-$.99 a mile. Him and his website I believed he would be open on Sunday for me to talk about the charges as I said it for 45 minutes waiting on him finally called him he said he was not open he will take care of it on Tuesday. The bill came to me on Tuesday afternoon and it was still $1,19 per mile and I don't understand What all the extra charges are for.
