I asked for the 19.95 truck and was given a truck for 39.95 because the smaller truck was said to be out of service ( NOT MY PROBLEM). My email has document that I can not open. Inam still waitng on my left money that was taken from my card.

Don't forget the trailer I rented had a damaged hook on the safety chain. It was repaired by u-haul but should be replaced. U-haul employee was very helpful. Thank you for a good experience.

There was a wadded up fast food wrapper on the seat and a pair of sunglasses on the dash. Grease marks all over the exterior. Not clean but in good condition. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and it only took a couple minutes to complete the transaction.

I didn’t mind the location. Russell took great care of me. Where I became dissatisfied is with the company Uhaul itself. Charging me for stuff I never added and giving me the wrong location for pickup. Why would I pick up a truck at one location, then go to another location for boxes??? Next time I want a clear explanation of the services I’m obtaining.

The truck was given to me on empty and not swept out, yet the guy told me to bring it back on a 1/4 tank of gas & swept. When I returned, he kinda gave me crap because the tank was empty. Wound up being charged $162 for 2 days & unused furniture pads

It wasn't that they were not helpful, I needed after hours drop off and locked it up so no one could steal it. Called the next morning and could not get anyone right away. They did good, it just would have been nice if there was a message machine or box to leave info in. Other than that I really had no contact with them.

Booked on Friday for Saturday. Pickup. Computers down Saturday. Didn't get to pick up was told we would get phone call when ready, no call i called around 5pm they said computers. Still down try tomorrow . On Sunday, we finally had to call them at haul and they told us that the request was kicked out system because we didn't pick up on Saturday. So then we had to be refereed to another location to even get the size uhaul we needed. After all this we were not even offered a discount. Or anything not even an apology, they blamed it on computer.

I called and reserved a pick up truck...was told I could pick it up by noon that day. I arrived around 11 am...there was no truck available. I asked the rep on the phone before I drove 45 minutes to get there was he sure the truck was there and I could get it. He confirmed that the truck was there. When I got there...it wasn't. I had to drive all over trying to find one and ended up with a box truck which wasnt what i needed but i had to make do. Traded box truck in for a pick up at another location and have been over charged and still being charged for services NOT rendered. I pray to God above that we NEVER need to use Uhaul again. EVER

My family out of state wanted to purchase the truck for me to help me move for college, I was told that they would allow payment over the phone and continued to go ahead and use uhaul. Upon arrival at uhaul I was told differently and it was very stressful between finding the funds for a truck on my end or getting the card to go through by manually typing it in because the computers kept shutting it out. It definitely was easy to load and get squared away but the stress and time it took to fix the cars aituation put a 2 hour damper on my plans moving across the state of Texas during a hurricane for college. You do what you gotta do.

I was told on the telephone, and it was verified in person, that my bill would be $96! Now I see the receipt and it shows nearly $400. Not good. The store was excellent but not the billing committed at the national level.

This truck was like wrestling an alligator. I was also mislead into thinking I was going to another location. Ever since this place opened - they named themselves something so close to another facility & I feel they are trying to pull business from another local business. In fact, the guy answered the phone with other business name while I was standing there. The other business name is Baytown "Self" Storage and their name is Baytown Storage. I was trying to use Baytown Self Storage. They were not friendly like Baytown Self Storage, they are not interested in being a part of the community, as Baytown Self Storage. But to literally use the other companies name while in front of a Baytown Chamber of Commerce member (I was wearing my Chamber shirt & I used a Chamber of Commerce credit card).... That is down right deceptive. I will never rent there again & I got it off the web-site. I thought I was calling the right place, so there is obvious deceptiveness there also. I will be calling the correct location and giving them a heads up about the entire process (as they are my members) and letting them know about U-Haul's website practice and this other's company dishonesty.

On the day before of the drop off i recevied a call that i would get an extra day at no charge and the following day a returned the truck before the way before noon and the they still charged me an extra $50 dollars for her the day that a was promissed WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
