Worst experience with U-Haul I've ever had. I will not be using U-Haul again and have told all my family and friends to start using Penske. They all thought Uhaul was horrible to deal with and agreed customer service and overall experience was unacceptable

You can make sure you send them an email with an updated location. I went to one place then was told I had to drive 20+min to another location. Then when I got there, and tried to use the app it said my reservation was not eligible, and I had to call customer service to get everything worked out. And the location was in the country so cell service was not great. I can believe I had to pay all of this money just to get jerked around. It was not the owner of the storage places he was very friendly.
